Amazing visit - our server luis was brilliant. Was meant to be seeing Aerosmith but HRC provided us with the Best last night in NYC.

Great atmosphere, great music, slightly to loud at times but if you go with it you barely notice. Staff were friendly and patient with me, recommended something when I had an issue choosing.

Hard Rock is always the same wherever you go and we just wanted a quick late lunch. My husband’s burger was good, noticing how much smaller it is was surprising! The chicken sandwich I had was soooo overcooked I had to take it out and cut of all the edges. I didn’t send it back, we just won’t choose this location again

Visited a number of Hard Rock across the world and experience in this one was worst, other then young lad who initially showed us to our table who was very jolly & friendly, everyone else we In countered pretty much seemed like they didn’t want to be there and were pretty miserable, probably the quietest one I’ve visited to, however Food was very nice

We love going to the Hard Rock, but this time sadly we didn’t have a great experience. The waitress was lovely and it’s not her fault but the food took an hour to come out, after a few times of chasing it. It eventually arrived and my wife’s meal wasn’t that hot, and the plate was dirty. Just little things which usually we wouldn’t complain about but with the time it took we felt best to bring it up. The manager did come out to be fair and apologised. Just wasn’t the best unfortunately.

Great cafe with great service. Prices are pretty reasonable, and the entertainment, is literally on every wall. Take your camera.

We did not eat Our order was taken by a lovely gentleman We only ordered two menu items and after 45 minutes we left as the food had not arrived We were told about 30 minutes after ordering that our food would be soon and we had enough of waiting
