    We ordered our food which arrived quite quickly, we were warned about the sauce on the shrimps but this was way too spicy even for me who normally likes spicy food. As we started to eat, a DJ started playing Dance music. It was very repetitive and so loud that we couldn't hear each other. We paid the bill and left.

    I ordered a special menu item, the Messi Chicken Sandwich, it didn't look even close to the picture in the menu and was not great

    Worst experience at the Hard Rock ever! We have been in many Hard Rock’s all over the world and also in NY but this one was really terrible! No draft beer available only out of cans! Honestly? This is not what the Hard Rock stands for! Burgers just slightly warm The seating can be judged as unlucky but looking at the waiters cabin where they prepare soft drinks isn‘t the best view! Seems like the Hard Rock in NY has reached a level where quantity stands above their original values! Sorry but never again!

    I unfortunately forgot the name of our waiter, but I was in NYC for 5 days and that was the only server that didn't seem to rush us through dinner, made sure we always had drinks, and kept on asking if we were doing ok. The restaurant is crazy busy, but the service was awesome. Thank you!

    Things were great! One nit: none of the draft beers worked. Apparently they were being fixed in the middle of the dinner rush.
