AC wasn’t working so units blowing which made it loud. Our server was great and working hard but it took a long time to get food. Only half of the beers on the menu were available. Food was good.

Great food and friendly service! Business dinner for four. Would recommend! Impossible burger was great, would be nice though if there were more vegetarian or vegan options. Only other meal i saw for vegetarians was the Margherita flat bread. Didn’t see Vegan options. Seems like Philly City Center has a good vegan scene but not so much at the Hard Rock.

OMG. The hostess said the air conditioner has been out for YEARS SMH🤪 They have 3 portables in the entire restaurant. Freaking Amazing!!! The food was mediocre. Would NEVER recommend for downtown Philly. NEVER!!

My main issue was inadequate AC.Secondly I was disappointed with having to send back a salad.How do you mess up a salad.

Overpriced for the supremely mediocre quality. Not sure there was a menu item on there under 1000 calories per serving.
