OMG. The hostess said the air conditioner has been out for YEARS SMH🤪 They have 3 portables in the entire restaurant. Freaking Amazing!!! The food was mediocre. Would NEVER recommend for downtown Philly. NEVER!!

My main issue was inadequate AC.Secondly I was disappointed with having to send back a salad.How do you mess up a salad.

Overpriced for the supremely mediocre quality. Not sure there was a menu item on there under 1000 calories per serving.

We decided to try Hard Rock for lunch before attending a show at The Academy of Music. Since the performance was at 1 pm, we reserved our table at 11:30 am. We were seated right away in a comfortable booth for the four of us, were given our menus, and greeted by our waitress. She was very friendly, answered questions we had, and brought our beverages within 5 minutes. Our orders came out soon after. The waitress checked back with us a few times, making sure our orders were good, whether we needed anything else, and brought a second round of drinks. Overall, we enjoyed our meal, and made it just in time to our matinee at The Academy of Music!

We ordered hamburgers - a tradition for us - but they must have been rationing the French fries, as each plate only had less than 20 individual French fries on each plate - huge plate, big burger, very little fries to accompany the burger; which was a disappointment. My wife and I, over the age of 50, got carded for ID when we ordered a beer - nice compliment and huge kudos to the server for following policy, as she said she needed to card anyone who looked under 45 - but seriously, the appearance should be looking closer to 30, not 45. Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia is our 5th Hard Rock Cafe we’ve been to, and they would rank as being 5th at the bottom compared to the others.
