Our server was wonderful, but obviously overwhelmed and embarrassed by the errors of her staff. Our orders were completely wrong, saturated in spices and sauces, and worse than we could have imagined. We've been here several times and it was fine, this was horrible.

Food was great. Our server was great. Kitchen was slow. There was no utensils or cups available. So we had to wait for those items

This place is getting bad. It was a very busy Saturday night, but it took over an hour to get our food. Drinks were slow, and the steak was unedible so it was sent back. We've been eating here as a family tradition since our kids were little. This was the last! Service and bad food are not worth it anymore.

The Hard Rock Cafe used to be a go-to restaurant for our family of five. However, our recent experience has completely shattered our trust in their commitment to customer safety. One of their most commonly ordered sides, the French fries, had its recipe changed to include eggs—a top 9 allergen—and there was absolutely no notification to alert patrons of this major change. After repeatedly questioning our waitress about the safety of the meal we planned to order for our child with an egg allergy, it took three attempts to uncover that the fries now contain eggs. Only when we insisted on speaking directly to the chef did we learn that the recipe had been "recently" altered. The fact that such a critical change was neither reflected on the menu nor communicated to the staff is not just careless—it’s dangerous. As a parent of a child with food allergies, I am appalled by this negligence. The failure to notify customers of such a significant change could result in life-threatening reactions like anaphylaxis. I urged the chef to ensure that any future recipe changes involving allergens be clearly disclosed on the menu, as this oversight could have had catastrophic consequences. For a restaurant of this caliber, I expect far better. Transparency and accountability are non-negotiable when it comes to the safety of your patrons. This incident has left us unable to trust Hard Rock Cafe, and I hope no other family has to face such an unnecessary risk.

Hello Kyle, We do take allergies very seriously and I apologize for any confusion the night you dined with us. We will continue to go over the importance of allergies to our staff and make sure they know what allergens are in what foods to make it easier communication next time. I will recommend to corporate that they list these things on the menu as well. Once again, I'm sorry for your experience

First, our party of 4 was there at 1pm on Black Friday. Because of that and even with our waiter literally running to his tables, our food took an hour to arrive. I believe that they were short staffed and it created delays everywhere. The food is always pretty good and predictable. It was a pretty good experience over all.

I didn’t have high expectations for this, but thought the kids would enjoy. The service was pretty poor and they were out of many things on the menu, like vegetables?? Also multiple drink choices and vanilla ice cream, which were part of almost all desserts. The food took forever and was okay - my steak salad was super tough, but kids thought pizza was decent. I think we are all good on Hard Rock now though - it like Chili’s w guitars.
