We had great service, from the host to the server and the rest of the staff. Food was good. My kids are picky eaters and enjoyed the Messi chicken burger very much. We also had the loaded tater tots, the like crema is really good.

We were a group of 8, sat for 20 minutes before anyone even came to bring us water let alone any drinks. Then proceeded to tell us no split checks whatsoever and we tried to explain we couldn’t send money to each other. Didn’t seem to care that they were losing 8 guest. Very rude.

Dinner was good, but a bit surprised that they got one of the orders wrong. My husband was looking forward to his burger, it was good but a bit on the small side compared to the picture in the menu. Not a bad experience, but not sure we’ll go back with so many options in Bayside.

We have a few options for a variety of palates. My favorite is the BBQ Burger with the big 7oz burger patty that gets cooked to temp. Sounds like your husband might have gotten one of our smash burgers with the classic thinner pattys that get smashed down without the option of being cooked to temp. Please ask for me on your next visit and I will help facilitate a meal everyone is sure to enjoy. Love All Serve All Greg

Purtroppo le ribs non avevano la solita qualità degli altri Hard Rock ma soprattutto sono arrivate già quasi fredde. E anche le patate fritte sapevano troppo di olio.
