Food was good,not great. Nachos, while tasty, were not the best or in the top 10 i have had. i had higher expectations. Service was good. I do recommend going but get the burgers with fries.

the food was fabulous and so was the service. we were celebrating 2 birthdays and everyone raved about the food selection and quality. My only negative was that when I looked on-line, they said happy hour from 5-6 and discounted hor'derves. Unfortunately, that only applies when you sit at the Bar. This was not stated on the website though. We did thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Warmly. Irene

Service could be better: took too long for a waitress to come, food was a bit longer, about 1 hr from when we arryto food being served.

Our waiter James Brown was great, very attentive, with our drinks, then serving up our food. We were a table of 8 people. Good range of cocktails and mocktails. They were very quick when one of my friends had a drink spillage. All the food looked delicious, classic burger with seasoned fries, a messi steak burger, grilled salmon with mash and beans, southern chicken salad bowls, a plant based burger, nachos. I just wished the menu had more vegetarian options and more fish options. The restrooms were fun to find, like a maze. The restrooms are quite dark, need more lighting. I loved the interior decoration. The table behind us were celebrating their birthday, we all joined in with the birthday wishes songs. Definitely come back as it’s ideal for dinner options before a live concert at Foxwoods. P.s. this was my first time at a Hard Rock Cafe, so yes, had a good experience and definitely recommend. It was great that we could split the bill, 8 ways.

Service was absolutely horrible. Been here before. Liked it then. Going downhill. Will not go back. Was here with 6 friends tonight. Server forgot about us. No one bussed the table. Took 50 minutes for food. Burgers were the size of sliders! But most of all… service was terrible. (By multiple people we had to ask for service. All were horrible. No drink refills. Waiting for food forever and it came out cold. Asked to gave dusted cheated to make room on our tables and waitress walked about shaking her head! We weren’t rude. We asked to be paid attention to. ) never even came back to see if we needed anything or how the food was.. after it was dropped.

I was very disappointed to be informed the well advertised happy hour was only allowed at the bar. This fact was not shown on the website. I am in a wheelchair and was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar? I dont think that would work. We stayed, but felt it could have been handled better. The place was not very busy at all. It was Sunday around 430 in the afternoon. We have been before and happy hour was included in the whole restaurant, at the maybe you should reconsider the happy hour to patrons in wheelchairs who cant sit in the high bar chairs.
