Es war ein richtig toller Abend in toller Amtosphäre, einem sehr aufmerksamen Kellner, einer supernetten Managerin und echt leckerem Essen - die Shrimps sind unfassbar! Vielen Dank!

Enjoyed happy hour…two for one drinks…also took advantage of the burger offer…a free bird rock t - shirt with every special burger…great service…an enjoyable experience

Richtig gutes HRC. Wir waren 1 h vor unserer reservierten Zeit vor Ort - kein Problem. Wir wurden gleich mit einem guten Platz ausgestattet. Service war super - freundlich, immer nachgefragt, schnell. Speisen waren top. Schnell serviert (schon zu schnell), gut von der Temeperatur und Qualität. Von der Lage am Ku-Damm - auch super um entspannt den Abend zu genießen. Einziger Minuspunkt: der Shop ist doch recht klein.

It was my son's birthday and on the booking I mentioned we wanted to be seated upstairs as it was a special occasion. Unfortunately the veranda outside was fully booked as it was exceptionally hot weather. So we were sat indoors and didn't appear to be any air conditioning. Our table was decorated with streamers and balloons which was a lovely touch and complete surprise.

We went for a birthday whilst in Berlin on holiday and to say we were let down is an understatement. Whilst the Hard Rock Cafè has a reputation for an energetic atmosphere and high quality food, this you will not get at the Hard Rock Cafè in Berlin. Firstly, the service was poor, with not enough staff to cover the tables that were clearly pre booked and a lack of care given to every customer because they were spread so thinly, left a sour taste in our mouths. We ordered a burger each which came frozen and undercooked. It then took approximately 15 minutes to actually get to speak to a server to get it recooked. My partner had finished his meal before my burger came back out and then he just had to sit and wait patiently for me to finish my somewhat edible food. We asked our server for the bill but then he came out with ice cream and we didn’t want any. We simply wanted to pay for our meal and leave. We almost felt held hostage there because it took so long to actually get the bill (almost 45 minutes). We will seriously question ever going to any Hard Rock Cafe again. We didn’t tip and we usually always do but it was so dire that we could not even justify the fact we had to pay full price.

As usual at HRC, the food and cocktails were really delicious. Our server was really attentive, for the birthday there was a decorated table and a magic candle in the cake ❤️ but there was no singing 😉
