Very busy, but great food. There was one problem where one of our party had a boneless chicken breast but it did contain a bone. Told the waitress, who was lovely, and she got it sorted to our satisfaction. Service from everyone was excellent. Enjoyed the restaurant.

Die spontane Reservierung hat gut geklappt. Uns wurde gleich zu Ankunft ein Kellner und ein Tisch zugewiesen. Die Getränke und das Essen haben nicht lange auf sich warten lassen. Wir haben höchstens 30 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Das Essen war heiß, die Pommes knusprig und die Saucen lecker. Einziges Manko war, dass unser Tisch zwischen Balkon und Toilettentür lag. Das sorgte für einen stetige kühle Briese. Im Sommer vielleicht ganz net, nicht so aber im Januar ;-) Im Shop gab es dann auch noch Rabatt für die gekauften Artikel. Alles in allem war es ein Besuch wert.

Patat proefde droog aan en was lauw. Vlees was ok, maar niet medium-rare als gevraagde maar medium. Chocolade ijs als dessert genomen, maar met ijskristallen. Tegen bediening gezegd en die verontschuldigde zich, maar bood verder niets aan. Ik heb aangegeven zie het als feedback voor verbetering. Meer een eetkroeg voor grote aantallen en niet gezellig met z’n 2en. Voor mij geen Hard Rock café meer.

Flinn needs a pay rise and a management role! He made our experience on New Year’s Eve to the point my teenage children wanted to return on New Year’s Day. We didn’t have the best experience on NYE I won’t lie, food wasn’t what we had expected- lots didn’t get eaten… service was super slow (1hr 15 before we got starters!) the way it was ran was a little odd, we recieved one drink at a time as it was done by different servers which was a little odd! Food wasn’t piping hot however as I said in my opening statement flinn made it for us and the management at the time did take off my fajitas etc so we are most definitely not complaining! On New Year’s Day the food was delicious! We all had burgers, one was substituted for a salad instead of fries all food was eaten! Not impressed the nachos didn’t come with sour cream / guacamole and was an additional €8.95 each! A little disappointed and wouldn’t recommend spending €7 on chicken as this was very poor! The guys who works here especially downstairs and flinn were far more accommodating / attentive than the staff upstairs - this was our experience and I’m sure it differs from night to night! Very friendly and we would go back especially in Berlin as much more ‘English’ options for fussy teenagers! Flinn you rocked and completely made our evening / day! Don’t ever change how you are because you are a super star! Thank you hard rock for accommodating our needs with a certain table type. You all had smiles on the door very welcoming.
