Service showed up 20min after seating! we had to complain, otherwise nobody would have come… food / steaks were ok

Me and my wife noticed that it was more pop music than rock music. When you visit a place such as Hard Rock Cafe- your general expectation is really rock music in this place.

Ordered chicken nachos to start and they brought beef so had to wait again. Then ordered two burgers one pulled pork which was fine & other was a fried chicken burger which they brought a spicy one so had to wait 1/2 hour for the correct one so everyone else had finished eating. Terrible service.

We love Hard Rock Cafe, but this unfortunately is not one of the good ones. We were ignored while waiting for a table (while in a queue with others!) it then took ages to get our order in. I requested another drink which took another 10 minutes. Staff were friendly and food and drink were nice. We love Hard Rock Cafe so please up your game! :)

Absolutely amazing experience, the staff were fabulous and made the visit enjoyable. Food was awesome and the love of music we have was benefited by the memorabilia on show

Very busy, but great food. There was one problem where one of our party had a boneless chicken breast but it did contain a bone. Told the waitress, who was lovely, and she got it sorted to our satisfaction. Service from everyone was excellent. Enjoyed the restaurant.
