Our server was great but unfortunately the kitchen messed up my order and took 15 minutes to get a new burger and i didn’t want to hold anyone up so i ate along. The manager did apologize and took it off the bill

Our server was great with full knowledge of the menu. Nothing but good things. I didn’t rate it higher bc our plate was dirty underneath.

Das Essen war teurer als sonst im Hard Rock und dazu nur mittelmäßig. Die Kids hatten eine Sprite, die war mehr schlecht als recht. Ambiente ist schön, man sitzt direkt neben dem Casino und kann die Leute beim spielen beobachten. Service war nett.

We had reservations so we were seated immediately. We waited 25 minutes before a server even approached us. The waitress was very apologetic and indicated that there was some confusion about whose table we were at. We had stopped two waiters to try to get assistance with at least getting a drink. They were out of Coke Zero and very few options for gluten-free/dairy-free dining. The music was barely audible. Not the usual vibe for a Hard Rock restaurant. Not impressed.

Visited recently with the family. Overall food was ok, service was lacking. The server rarely visited our table. The place wasn’t really crowded as we visited on a Tuesday, but the server appeared overwhelmed keeping up with 3 tables. I had the Messi chicken sandwich which was really good. My wife and son had burgers that were good. We wouldn’t order the chicken sliders again as they had such a small piece of chicken that was mostly breading…it was mostly bun with a small overly breaded chicken nugget.

The restaurant was very busy pre 4th of July holiday service was very slow. Food was mediocre at best sloppy burgers. Greasy fries. Same for breakfast, the next morning.

There was a issue with NO service at out table we waited 40 minutes before our beverages were delivered and we had smaller children, which made it very difficult and then we placed the food and another 20 minutes went by that point we just left very disappointed and Manager did come over and she says oh they must’ve forgot but still no one deliver the drinks. Totally unacceptable.
