Le Halyards on St. Simons redéfinit la cuisine de l'île depuis 16 ans. C'est l'endroit où il faut être vu, que vous soyez de la région ou en visite, et que vous sachiez ou ayez entendu dire que le thon braisé avec sauce au vin et aux prunes ou le steak avec beurre de citron et soja valent le déplacement. We needed to change our reservation time and Camille was very helpful and extremely nice. Gina our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive. Halyards has never let us down.

We went to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. Once again we received excellent service from Chris. But what was really outstanding is that my husband has food allergies and I have a gluten sensitivity. When we told Chris what we wanted to order he checked with the kitchen, and they made amazing substitutions with my husband's entree to omit his allergic items and went out and bought gluten free bread for my entree! That was utterly remarkable, and we want to thank the chef and kitchen for that amazing flexibility and care!! We truly appreciate it! All four of us dining thoroughly enjoyed our drinks, appetizers and entrees - but we forgot to leave room for dessert. Maybe next time we'll plan to include dessert. It's wonderful to bring someone to a restaurant you enjoy and see them have an amazing culinary experience also. Thank you and we will be back!!!

We’ve always had great service and the food has been excellent. If you prefer lower salt be aware that some dishes can be heavy on the salt. The cocktails were disappointing unfortunately, as the bar staff was inexperienced.

Our food was fun and delicious! The sweet potatoe grits were incredible and topped with goat cheese - simply a delight with the Georgia blackened shrimp. The service was quick and excellent. Thanks for a wonderful dinner! And - best of all - my husband and I could hear each other when talking!

Our server was outstanding but food was not up to the standard we are acustom to from Halyards. I had Scalops that were salty and chewy and the Peach Cobbler was lacking in peaches.

Service was excellent and friendly. The wine was excellent as was the dinner - freshly caught fish of the day was wonderful. When we arrived they knew there was a birthday as did the waiter and they made the experience very welcoming and friendly. Gave us a wonderful dessert with a candle for the birthday person. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant and warm.
