Le Halyards on St. Simons redéfinit la cuisine de l'île depuis 16 ans. Food very good. Chocolate ice cream was not very good. I’d suggest switching to Hagen Das. It was rated #1 by Cooks Illustrated

Usually we enjoy dining here but food was disappointing, in particular , Triple Tail special was very small size for the price and overcooked with too much sauce. Excellent service , atmosphere , salad , and desert.

Family event and we had a wide variety of dishes. All were quite good. Service was excellent as well. Noise level was better than most quality restaurants these days allowing easy conversation. Overall a pleasant experience.

Halyards is always good but last night’s meal was truly exceptional. The crab soup was a great starter as was the shrimp taco ( thanks for bringing that back!). My scallops were cooked perfectly and the bed of risotto enhanced the flavors of the entire dish. Husband’s steak was wonderfully tender and kudos to Halyards for making it easy to request different sides. The answer is always Yes, we can do that. Although we were pretty stuffed, we’re so glad we made room for the peaches and cream dessert. Thank you Halyards!

You can't go wrong with Halyards. Consistently top notch. Service, drinks, food all excellent. Love the seared tuna and roasted Brussel sprouts.

We loved our meal at the bar. The grilled pineapple salad was by far one of the best salads I have enjoyed. I wish it was on the main menu. : )
