Le Halyards on St. Simons redéfinit la cuisine de l'île depuis 16 ans. C'est l'endroit où il faut être vu, que vous soyez de la région ou en visite, et que vous sachiez ou ayez entendu dire que le thon braisé avec sauce au vin et aux prunes ou le steak avec beurre de citron et soja valent le déplacement. Ne manquez pas la bisque au crabe bleu ou les plats du jour. Le bar qui peut accueillir 20 personnes organise une Happy Hour tous les jours. Superior Crab bisque, Caesar’s Salad, Beef Stir Fry & desert, Crème brûlée with Champaign all of which were served by a professional server, made for what I call a five star dinner.

Great food and service. The triple tail entree was perfectly prepared. The shrimp and grits were very good and on the spicy side.

We needed to change our reservation time and Camille was very helpful and extremely nice. Gina our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive. Halyards has never let us down.

We went to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. Once again we received excellent service from Chris. But what was really outstanding is that my husband has food allergies and I have a gluten sensitivity. When we told Chris what we wanted to order he checked with the kitchen, and they made amazing substitutions with my husband's entree to omit his allergic items and went out and bought gluten free bread for my entree! That was utterly remarkable, and we want to thank the chef and kitchen for that amazing flexibility and care!! We truly appreciate it! All four of us dining thoroughly enjoyed our drinks, appetizers and entrees - but we forgot to leave room for dessert. Maybe next time we'll plan to include dessert. It's wonderful to bring someone to a restaurant you enjoy and see them have an amazing culinary experience also. Thank you and we will be back!!!

We’ve always had great service and the food has been excellent. If you prefer lower salt be aware that some dishes can be heavy on the salt. The cocktails were disappointing unfortunately, as the bar staff was inexperienced.

Everything was excellent I love having date night here the waitress explains foods that was available and wasn't on menu she checked on us thu out or dinner we enjoyed ourselves
