Le Halyards on St. Simons redéfinit la cuisine de l'île depuis 16 ans. C'est l'endroit où il faut être vu, que vous soyez de la région ou en visite, et que vous sachiez ou ayez entendu dire que le thon braisé avec sauce au vin et aux prunes ou le steak avec beurre de citron et soja valent le déplacement. Ne manquez pas la bisque au crabe bleu ou les plats du jour. Le bar qui peut accueillir 20 personnes organise une Happy Hour tous les jours. L'ambiance est décontractée et élégante (mobilier confortable de salon dans la cour et sous l'auvent), l'accueil chaleureux, le service impeccable et attentionné, la cave à vin vaste, le bar confortable et trendy. It was wonderful! It was our 50th anniversary and our server, Johnny, along with all the staff made it very memorable. We didn’t know our 3 sons along with the staff had arranged a special night for us. Halyards is the absolute best and we now claim Johnny as our 4th “son”! Thank you, Halyards, for the great experience!

Simply did not meet expectations for fine dining. Food was probably the biggest disappointment. Not bad, just not great.

Chef Dave and his team have produced a group of restaurants that always deliver. Consistency is key in the F&B industry and haylards hits that mark again. Jason was very personable and knowledgeable waiter that made experience that much better.

We were greeted professionally, our table was comfortable, but the waiter was exceptional. He knew all the food details, drink and wine knowledge, the other staff serving and clearing the table were well skilled in proper procedures. I only wish we lived closer. Great job Halyards!

Superior Crab bisque, Caesar’s Salad, Beef Stir Fry & desert, Crème brûlée with Champaign all of which were served by a professional server, made for what I call a five star dinner.

Great food and service. The triple tail entree was perfectly prepared. The shrimp and grits were very good and on the spicy side.
