Le Halyards on St. Simons redéfinit la cuisine de l'île depuis 16 ans. C'est l'endroit où il faut être vu, que vous soyez de la région ou en visite, et que vous sachiez ou ayez entendu dire que le thon braisé avec sauce au vin et aux prunes ou le steak avec beurre de citron et soja valent le déplacement. Ne manquez pas la bisque au crabe bleu ou les plats du jour. Le bar qui peut accueillir 20 personnes organise une Happy Hour tous les jours. Food was great and Jason our server was the best in the business- so on top of things and so fun. First time having the shrimp and grits and it was the best!

We had a lovely dinner! it started with a handwritten note at the table thanking us for coming in, the service was great, the food was fabulous and Thomas, the manger, came and spoke to our table. He was very gracious and personable. everyone had a wonderful evening!

We were put in a back booth. Then ignored had to ask if we had a waitress or waiter. Then a party of @ 30 took over back of restaurant totally taking over all tables. We could neither hear each other or enjoy our food. No regard to us or our table or our own experience. Been coming for years, worst experience ever!

We were celebrating my birthday and it was exceptional! I had the crab bisque, and yellowfin tuna, they were delicious! My husband had the fried chicken which he loved and the Mac and cheese could be the best ever!! We finished with bread pudding that was so good. I highly recommend it!

We come to Halyards every time we are at Sea Island. Our table was ready when we got there. It was very noisy. The server was very quiet and very hard to hear - even when we asked her to speak up. Everyone in our party of 5 enjoyed the dinner but my duck special was 1/2 fat. I am not sure we'll come back!

I do apologize that you were having a hard time hearing Gina. I will speak with her about speaking up when a guest asks. I hope you let Gina know you were unhappy with your duck, and it was exchanged. We will exchange any entree for another or something different if you are not happy. I hope you will give us another opportunity as you are a long-time guest. Please ask for me on your return visit so we can make sure you are at a quieter table, and you receive the dining experience you have come to expect at Halyards.
