Steaks were cooked perfectly. Enchiladas were over done, cold & literally stuck to the plate. Brisket was so dry it was really disappointing. Refried beans were dry, probably from sitting on the skillet with the enchiladas while waiting for the steak to finish. All in all, pretty disappointing. Service was great but never questioned us on the prep of the food.

The overall experience was great. Our issue was the price for the quality of food. Our medium rare steak was cooked perfect, but it wasn’t a great piece of steak. Everything needed salt and pepper! For the price we expected better quality of food. We went knowing the reviews were mixed. Was it horrible, no… would we go back… also no.

called and spoke to hotel management hope next time is staff trained better for customer service our server was good and bar staff was good host staff and food runners should be fired

The filet was tough and had a lot of fat, which a filet should not have. Not good to be spitting out meat in your napkin because it’s so chewy. I had out of town guests in and they were so unimpressed by the steaks. Thank goodness for the salad and baked potato or we would have been hungry! They were out of the smoked steak and prime rib.

I have eaten at H3 a couple of times, and this past visit was definitely not one to remember. Seating was prompt, waiting for out drinks was lengthy as was refills. The food we ordered was out in expected time however we ordered 3 steaks and a chicken salad. The prime was one of the worst cuts of meat I have ever tried to eat. Normally someone checks on the food you were just served, not the case on this visit. The servers that delivered the steaks were just runners and kept trying to give each other's food to wrong people. we had to help them. Most importantly only the 3 steaks were delivered to the table, the chicken salad didn't arrive at the same time. The servers didn't say anything about the 4th plate of food that was missing. It was 6-7 minutes before our waitress came out holding a chicken salad but wait a minute, she walked past our table to the next 2 tables beside us holding our chicken salad, just the salad nothing else, she was talking over the food, just holding it tangling it like a carrot in front of a horse, we kept hoping she would realize we are all just watching and waiting for that chicken salad so we can all eat together. This was a double Birthday dinner, and we didn't want to cause any problem. She should have brought it to our table before making her rounds to just talk to the other tables. We were all frustrated and kind of embarrassed.

Great experience dining at H3 Ranch. Ordered 4 entrees as well as table side Guacamole and it was all cooked to perfection and served professionally. Thanks to Frank our waiter and the entire restaurant staff for a special family evening!

This is really a fun place to eat. Not only is it a fun atmosphere, but the food is really great. It was the best steak I've eaten out of the 3 places we tried. And my favorite sides for sure. I like that it had just enough "old west" to be fun, but wasn't too cheesy to make you feel like you're at a theme park. Our service was fantastic, we never felt rushed and we always had full drinks.
