Food was delish! Every entree felt complete, rounded and intentional. Everything was fresh and satisfying. Service was excellent. Steven was a delight. Ambiance was laid back but special. Wonderful cocktails and yummy dessert. Would go back for sure.

We were seated a couple of minutes early. Our table was in front of a window and was nice. Our friend bought a gift card at the restaurant earlier and it was in a greeting card at our table. Our server was outstanding! It looks like they have a nice bar as well. My filet was perfect. My wife's mashed potatoes seemed to be "instant" as they were pretty runny. Our wine by the glass was a generous pour. The location is nice, but parking was somewhat challenging. It is a classy place!

Food was mixed, great steak and fish, poorly cut tuna, mixed drinks below par. Deserts were very good. Very loud large table near was a distraction and a nuisance to other guests

My wife and I have been going to Grasing's Restaurant for many years when we visit Carmel because it is a great restaurant with a great Chef. However, what made our experience on March 5, 2025, so memorable was the excellence of our server Alan Manzanarez. He was the best server I have ever had at a restaurant in my life of 84 years. He was helpful in explaining the various dishes and genuinely caring that we have a great experience for my birthday. He was attentive and professional. In short, I gave him the highest tip I have given any waiter in my lifetime. He did an outstanding job for us. Thank you, Alan. Alden Cunningham COL. USA, Retired
