Venture down a narrow passage, minutes from the hustle and bustle of Liverpool Street, and you stumble upon what, on first glance, looks like a shopfront. Inside, the wood panelling, hessian-clad walls and wine related artifacts create a genuine, warm atmosphere, enhanced by the knowledgable and friendly staff. Our chef prepares delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner focusing on top quality British classics to superfood salads, smaller plates and sandwiches. Our eclectic inventory of wines from old & new worlds is impressive and many are available by the glass.

Bibs in the downstairs area was fabulous. Super attentive, really quick with things and made the whole experience so amazing! Thanks so such good service!

They try to make you order on the phone, but none of the wines on the phone menu were in stock, they cancelled my wine order 3 times before they told me I could just come upstairs and order at the bar to see what they DID actually have in stock

Great location.... Nice place, but very very noisy, hard to have a conversation - disappointing!

Booked a table in the downstairs restaurant for a business dinner due to the fact that it has previously been a quiet restaurant environment. A party of 20 people were shown into the 'supposed restaurant' just for drinks, no food. Three tables were pushed together and amid the photo taking and drinking the noise levels became very high. We quickly finished our food and moved upstairs where it was quieter. I complained to the manager on the night who was not interested and did not make any apology.

Convenient location and cheerful service. Food seemed good quality, but a couple of frugal plates and an OK bottle of wine at £75 was on reflection perhaps not exceptionally good value.

Sadly disappointed. After previously reviewing Grape shots and giving them a raving review following a couple of visits, our last two visits have been exceptionally disappointing on all levels. On our most recent visit the food quality was poor, particularly the unacceptably bland and supermarket basic roast beef sandwich as well as the service. In particular the current manager is rude and unhelpful. I recently had a booking cancelled (without my knowledge) only to arrive to find the chef had gone home early. There was not even an apology for the issues with the booking. On the most recent visit interactions with the manager we not only uncaring but he seemed off put to even have diners in the restaurant.
