Avec son design chaleureux, accueillant et moderne, l'intérieur du Granite City Food & Brewery dispose d'une salle à manger spacieuse et confortable, à quatre côtés, puis d'un bar moderne à service complet, ainsi que trois salles à manger privées et un vaste patio extérieur. La microbrasserie, dont de nombreuses bières ont été primées par les critiques, est visible depuis les principales zones du restaurant et du bar. Le restaurant présente également une cuisine ouverte où le chef concocte de A à Z de délicieux plats, tels que des entrées innovantes de sa signature, des pains plats (sans levain) et plus encore. Les bières typiques brassées directement sur place sont notamment : The Duke (Pale Ale), The Bennie (Bock), The Batch (Double IPA), The Northern (American Style Light Lager) et The Stout. And today there’s only one rule: DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY Start with our famous Granite City Jumbo Caramel Rolls, order on of our Signature Drinks and then head to the buffet for Brunch Favorites, Chef Specials, The Carving Table and our amazing Breakfast Creation Stations. Our Brunch is available until 2:00PM. Our kitchen opens at 1:00PM to begin to serve you the selections from our menu.

Tried Trivia Night at Granite City on New Years Eve. They had a Prix Fixe meal option that we tried. The Artichoke Dip was amazing - we devoured it. The soup was great. Burger was meh, and the Chicken Toscata thing my wife and our friend ordered was "meh" as well. They ran out of the brownie dessert, so we ended up with some dry bread thingy. Service was also "meh", but I made sure to tip well because I think she was stretched thin. I chalk it all up to New Years Eve and they were pretty full when we got there. Trivia was great - if you can do trivia at Granite City on Tuesdays, go. I'll be back for trivia, and hopefully find something better on the menu next time. :D

I was disappointed by the food. Server tried to deliver the wrong meal multiple times and at one point set food on the table that wasn't our order. The server told us our order would be right up but we hadn't ordered anything yet. They were obviously overwhelmed maybe due to lack of staffing? Our drink orders took about 20 minutes, the 2nd drink order the bartender came over to clarify what he server had put in for the order. When the soup came it was cold. My wife's dinner was dry and we thought there was supposed to be a sauce. We probably won't be back.

While we have been loyal Granite City customers for years, this horrible dining experience will probably be our last at this establishment. We have a 5+ year tradition of dining at Granite City on NYE and this was the worst by far. We arrived promptly at our reservation time of 7 pm and were seated around 7:05. We ordered the special NYE dinner special with appetizer and dessert for two and individual soup /salad and entrees. Our appetizer was brought with a dessert at 7:30, but of course we were not ready for dessert yet, so they took it back. We waited for our soup /salad and entree for about an hour and 15 min, and the salad was served after the entree. We continued to wait for another hour for dessert and were then told that the dessert on the NYE dinner menu was now gone. The waitress subbed two different desserts for us, but a new charge for them appeared on the bill. We explained to a manager our disappointment with the service and pacing of the meal and she agreed to take off $10 for the inconvenience. The bill arrived and the only “discount “ was the up charge for replacement dessert. The bill did not reflect the actual discount and was the same as we would have paid without a discount. When I calmly explained the discrepancy to the waitress, she became extremely disrespectful and astonishingly started yelling at me. I then sought out the manager again, and our discount finally reflected about a $12 discount. We finally left at 10:15, long after other diners who arrived at the same time. It was 3 hours and 15 minutes of a torturous dining experience that I’m inclined to never repeat. In fairness, many diners left before being served because of the wait time and kitchen problems.The manager admitted to me that they didn’t plan effectively for the number of guests who attended. Our waitress also confessed that the kitchen was a disaster. The evening could have ended as a one off experience for us until the disrespect and yelling at us by our waitress.

Had a lovely meal. The server put our order for salads and appetizers first, and main meal a bit later so we had a nicely paced meal! The restaurant was definitely busy - the servers were on the move! Noise level was a bit higher due to the volume of festive people but not at all unbearable. My mistletoe martini was delicious. The dessert duo was good, but having a choice of one or the other, served individually, warmed up with ice cream would have been preferable.

Service was good. Food varied from ok to great. Craft beers were ok. Pretzel sticks were good. French onion soup was watery. Asian shrimp tacos were very good. Chocolate cake with bourbon sauce was great

Took my 88-year-old father and mom to dinner on Christmas eve. I was pleasantly surprised we could get a reservation the day before. The waitress was very patient and bent over backwards to make my picky mother happy. The food was excellent.

Our server Paul was AMAZING! The food was excellent and the drinks were outstanding! From the Asian Shrimp appetizer to the pork loin entree to the Holiday Martini...everything was delicious!

I prefer to brunch earlier vs later. My waitress today was Emily. She was friendly and attentive. She continued to check back with us as she got more tables. This is a great spot to go. I've been to other restaurants that had more food offerings, but this is my spot. The omelette station is awesome. The staff makes my omelette exactly as requested.
