Avec son design chaleureux, accueillant et moderne, l'intérieur du Granite City Food & Brewery dispose d'une salle à manger spacieuse et confortable, à quatre côtés, puis d'un bar moderne à service complet, ainsi que trois salles à manger privées et un vaste patio extérieur.     Overall the experience wasn't really bad, but also wasn't good either. We had a party of 8, 5 adults and 3 children, and specifically booked our time for 1 pm on a Sunday because this is when they started serving lunch versus their Sunday morning brunch buffet. However, when we arrived, they did not provide us with lunch menus and we had to ask multiple times for the lunch menu, even after 1 pm. The food we received, from the lunch menu, was very bland and took quite a while to receive. Additionally, our server seemed annoyed with us from the moment we sat down, even though they never came around, and forgot to bring us items or brought us the wrong items. I am not sure if they were expecting us to order from the buffet so they didn't have to "do any work" with our table, but that was not the case for us, as we ordered from the regular menu. Lastly, having been in the service industry for 7 years, it is very difficult for me to tip less than 20%. Basically, you have to do a very bad job to get less than that. In this case, I wanted to leave less than 20% but when we paid, our server brought us a payment device to tap pay and stood over my shoulder as I filled out the tip and signature. Our server just looked annoyed/angry, and feeling the pressure, I felt like I had to hit the 20% button. Although, I didn't want to and maybe I should have just not, but I did not like that aspect of the service, that you felt pressured with the server standing over your shoulder as you paid. In summary, I'd go 2.5 out of 5 with this place and don't think I'll be going back any time soon.

    I love Brunch Buffets and have eaten here before, but this meal was sub par especially at $30.00. No thought in presentation of food, just a bunch of chafing dishes. The pastries consisted of a mini muffin, scone and sad looking croissants, no danish or bagels. There was French toast, but no pancakes or waffles. Pasta dishes and shrimp for the lunch part. There really wasn’t anything that distinguished this from a run of the meal breakfast. I have to give a shout out to the young man running the omelette station, he was courteous, friendly and did make an exceptional omelette, and the fruit was fresh, just not $30.00 worth.

    Server was outstanding - super fast, friendly and attentive. No complaints - best part of our experience. Our appetizer was awful..... it wasn't fresh, didn't taste right, chips were over salted and pita bread was stale.

    Hostess was not the friendliest. The outside seating was very nice. The service was terrible. We received our food before our drinks and had to ask for them. Requested a condiment and never received it. Server never followed up with us, dropped off bill and did not bother to clear our plates. Very disappointing overall.

    I hadn’t been to Granite City in several years because it was always way too loud. Glad we tried it again. Food was very tasty, service by Nino and Sierra was perfect, and the noise level was acceptable. Now we can go back.

    Enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The service was exemplary even though we were a party of seven and the food was quite good. Looking forward to returning!
