It’s always been an amazing experience whenever I eat here. Our server last nigh, RIO, have made our night so special as we celebrate my friend’s birthday. We were well taken cared of and he’s very professional. Over all, it’s always lovely to go back and eat at Gotham, one of our top favourites.

An excellent choice for dinner. Great service, unbelievable steaks, lovely ambience. I'd give it more stars if possible, we will be back the next time we're in Vancouver.

Service wasn’t that great, waiter didn’t come ask how our food was, when I got home I was puking, something wasn’t right with the food. I would never go back to this place, we paid 400 plus dollars for 2 people, I would have enjoyed McDonald’s a lot better. I give this place 0 out of 5 stars. It’s a dump.

First time on the patio (by our request) was truly a setting to remember. The light murmur of others conversing, the perfect level of music, and lovely weather created the right setting for a great meal. Ribeye Steak, Veal, Portobello Mushroom Fries, Brocollini, and of course Cheese toast with Red wine. A great place to escape and make it feel like you're away on a vacation.

Amazing ambience and lovely space for dining. Welcoming staff is on point. Our waiter was hot and cold and got a bit of a vibe from him that we either were fabulous or an annoying him. We ordered our drinks and mine was really tasty so I ordered a second. This one came tasting like dish detergent. I sent it back and the waiter did bring another which was fine. We ordered the Caesar Salad. 5 stars one of the best we ever had. The cheese toast was just sad. Two floppy pieces of untoasted bread with some cheddar melted on it. Not worth the $13.75. The beet salad was not only lovely to look at but very tasty. The cheddar pasta side was beyond amazing. Cream rich and full of flavor. The baked potato was undercooked and having it table dressed was annoying since the potato was a monster and they put very little on it so it was very dry and hard. The filet mignon was lovely and tasty but was way way under cooked. Its very very dark but I had to use my phone light and it was no where near the medium cook I ordered. The lobster was very mushy and not very tasty. The melted butter helped a bit. The New York was full of gristle and very very tough we have had better at lower class restaurants and at $114 was not up to par. Dessert was a hit and a hot mess. The key lime pie to totally amazing. Tangy and creamy and a nice good slice. Would have been perfection if it has not been sitting out on the pass as it was warm and a bit runny, but would order again in a heart beat. The creme brulee was terrible. The sugar on top was actually very burnt and bitter. The custard was only 1/4 inch high in the dish and it was like soup. Not worth the $16.25. So a fabulous special place to go for a salad and piece of pie, but the we did feel disappointed after a $375+ bill, plus $20 street parking right outside the restaurant (our car was also broken into while we dined there). Wanted to love this place, but ended up just merely liking it instead.
