    Excellent waiter. Peter was very attentive but gave us space. He ask us our time needs (great idea) to ensure efficient planning for chef and us. Very knowledgable about menu options to match our needs. Food was fantastic and support staff were pleasant and on task. I will be sharing my recommendation and be back for sure. Well done Gothem!

    Our server David was exemplary, and elevated our dining experience. The food was well prepared, and attractively presented. Our tomahawk was rarer than we had asked but everything else was excellent. The cheesecake was the best we have had in a restaurant setting for many years.

    Fabulous dinner experience! Colby made our evening. The live music provided nice ambiance. We sat by the kitchen which made it a bit loud and hard for conversation, but we still raved about it to a number of friends!

    Kim, our server, is always fabulous. I feel fortunate to have her serve my friends and I. The food was typically very good, and I even had room for the finale - The Key Lime Pie. This is not just a piece of pie! It’s a taste of heaven. No one makes it better. Thanks for another wonderful evening.

    Our dinner this evening was exceptional. Every steak cooked to perfection. The four of us ate every bite of dinner. We all ordered different desserts. It was amazing. Colby was our waiter and he was five stars. He had a great sense of humor and entertained us as well as took great care of us. Thank you!

    The atmosphere and decor were classic American Steakhouse, very well done and comfortable. The bone in ribeye was fantastic, great flavor and perfectly cooked. The impeccable service put the experience over the top. Our waiter, Jon, and his team were great. If you happen to be in Vancouver and enjoy fine dining, I highly recommend Gotham Steakhouse.
