My best friend and I went to Glenn's Kitchen for the first time on 9/8. Wonderful restaurant, great ambience, felt warm and cozy. We had reservations and were seated immediately. Our server, Shaianne( git her name from the check) greeted us about 10 min later, with no introduction. We ordered our drinks, water and starters. Great...starters arrived, drinks were very strong, not a place for an achololic! Our server returned to take our entree order...we ordered....our food arrived by another server which took a while, but that was OK. Our server never returned to our table to check on how were our drinks, if we wanted to order another one, check to see if our food was to our satisfaction... nothing. Around 30 min later..we flagged down our server, to let her know the Porch Punch was inedible.. she just gave us a dead stare...so my friend ordered a cranberry and vodka. We continued on with our conversation.. another 30 min go by and our server throws the check on our table. My friend asked her if she was in a rush! She stated yes, I'm not feeling to be here, so I'm trying to go home and I'll transfer your table to someone else. Which was very rude and her whole demeanor showed it the whole time we were there. Well guess what...2 minutes later we see her leaving with her bag... and guess what we sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for a new server! Who never came! We flagged down Jay and he was kind enough to listen to us and close out our check. I would hate for one server to ruin such a nice establishment, but it left a bad taste. So Shaianne thanks for nothing!

The wait staff with the exception of Jeremy was terrible. They apparently was too busy to provide any decorum or anything close to service. One wait staff actually said when asked if we could get someone to clean our table “we’re busy”. If you enjoy a little attitude from your wait staff this is the place for you.

We enjoyed Glenn’s Kitchen. It was quiet - allowing us to have a conversation after the football game. Food was a good value. Waiter was attentive.

Even though we had a reservation, we waited over an hour to be seated. This was before a noon football game. Do not recommend this restaurant prior to an event at State Farm Arena or Mercedes Benz Stadium.

We loved this place. You'd never know you were at one of the busiest intersections in downtown Atlanta. Both the food and the service were awesome. Would definitely come back.

Overall, our meal at Glenn's Kitchen was enjoyable, with delightful cocktails and tasty food. However, the service did not meet the standards expected of a Marriott Autograph hotel restaurant. We felt rushed to order, had to request another drink, and were hurried through paying and leaving. Despite this, I would consider returning in the hopes of having a better server, as I truly enjoyed the meal and cocktails.

This was so disappointing. I ordered the ahi tuna salad and the tuna was so sinewy I literally couldn't cut it. Our app arrived well after our entrees, and the salad dressing was nearly inedible. We then went to the bar to kill a bit more time. I ordered the same cocktail I had with dinner, and it tasted nothing like the original. My dining companion ordered a drink as well, and it was completely wrong.

We were looking for a place to eat near Tabernacle Theater where we were attending a show. Ate here and will definitely be back! Hubby had the broasted chicken and I had the salmon. Both were delicious and prepared exactly as asked. Our waiter John O was great! They knew it was my birthday from the reservation and comped us a full-size cheesecake desert that was scrumptious! Thanks for making my birthday evening so nice!

Being a local Atlantan, I walk past The Glenn hotel frequently and had always thought we should try it one evening so I made reservations for my wife and I. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and were promptly seated. After being seated, around ten minutes later our server appeared. And the experience went downhill from there. The server spoke so softly she was inaudible to both my wife and myself as we both had to request she repeat herself. She took our drinks orders and walked away failing to inquire if we had questions, were ready to order or if we wanted water along with our drinks. After distilling the alcohol for my drink and mashing the grapes for my wife’s wine, our drinks arrived brought to us by another person who was not our server. After waiting another ten plus minutes, the server appeared to take our order - we’ve now been here 30 minutes plus. Order was placed and the food was brought out quickly (compared to the other events of this dining experience) and was average; nothing special. We paid our bill and left without any comments from our server. In affording this review of our experience, I have given one star for service only because there is no option to rate a zero star for service as that is what is would rank if available as an option. In this area of downtown, there are many dining options and we will be spending our money where our patronage is appreciated - I will not be patronizing Glenn’s Kitchen in the future as this is not the experience I expect when dining.
