The food was superb. Excellent curated wine list…extensive enough to have multiple choices without being overwhelming. Beautiful dining room, though I wished there were more tables for smaller groups along the window (most were 4-8 tops). The grounds were so gorgeous, definitely a highlight. My steak was perfectly prepared, melted in my mouth. My husband’s short ribs were delicious as well (from the tiny bite he would share, at least). It’s definitely worth the splurge for a wonderful night out. Our server was inexperienced but sweet, both she and the manager checked in with us frequently to ensure everything was to our liking. We will definitely be back!

I love the Glasbern, and was glad I was able to get my husband to agree to come for our anniversary. The food was delicious, the service terrific.

This is our first visit, but certainly not our last. Food was fantastic and service was excellent. Regina was our server and she made our meal even more spectacular. We had the Ahi tuna, the Glasbern salad, crabcakes, Chilean Seabass, and crème brûlée for dessert. All five star presentations. Well done!

The food was excellent. A very attractive setting. The restaurant personnel were friendly and truly concerned that our dining experience was positive, which it most definitely was.

We are never disappointed with our experience at Glasbern. It’s eternal and luxurious. We had the seared ahi tuna, NY Strip, and lobster risotto. Everything was delicious and filling.

Once again, we had an outstanding experience at the Glasbern Country Inn from a welcome greeting by the talented and charming staff (Corinna & Nick) to to our gracious server Nate, the night began and ended in a 5 Star manner. The restaurant is both elegant & relaxed with a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for dining. The menu features were exactly what I was looking for with my Gluten allergy & they even had warm Gluten Free rolls. My Salad was delicious and the Chilean Sea Bass cooked to perfection! They even had a decadent flourless Chocolate Torte (gluten free) for me to enjoy. I would give our dining experience a 10. Thanks Again 🙏 We will see you soon 😘😘😘 ~Tara & Christopher

What can I say except that this is a marvelous restaurant!!! A hidden gem in the Lehigh Valley offers an extraordinary experience for your eyes and tastebuds. The seabass was fantastic. It was cooked to perfection which was buttressed by creamy risotto and finely seasoned vegetables. The oysters tasted fresh and wonderful. Our lovely server, Regina, was quite lovely and helpful. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming as a hospitality business should be. We are undoubtedly going back to the Glasbern in the future!
