Lovely dinner. Food was delicious and expertly prepared. I hope the menu going forward maintains some farm-to-table flavor given new ownership and chef. This doesn’t need to be a branch location for the Westside Grille.

Make sure you walk the grounds before dinner. Beautifully landscaped areas. Nice pub, nice restaurant area, food was very good.

We drove well over a hour from Philly for a birthday dinner for my wife. The setting and grounds were beautiful. The service was good except that even though the server knew it was my wife’s birthday, nothing special was done. The oysters and house salad were quite good. The short ribs were too fatty and too salty. The lobster risotto had nice chunks of lobster, but the risotto was also much too salty. The dessert ice cream was OK, but nothing special. The dessert creme brulee was much too sweet. We were told that the menu was new. Maybe the food will improve with a bit more time. We would like to like this place, but it is a long drive from Philadelphia for food that is disappointing.

This has become my favorite restaurant in Lehigh Valley! The service was great. The food was superb. There was everyone from pescetarians to vegans to meat eaters and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Glasbern Country Inn is a hidden Gem. We were looking for fine dining and we found a great place. The food was fantastic, and the ambiance was terrific. Its a great place to have a meal, stay overnight, enjoy the amenities and a wonderful breakfast is included with the stay.

We had a lovely experience. With new owners, a new chef and a new menu we saw a huge improvement from our last dining experience over a year ago. Cocktails were delicious. Interesting summer choices. My blueberry gin & tonic was super refreshing. For starters, the soup of the day, chicken corn chowder was delicious. Oysters were some if the best I've had. The filet tips appetizer with a bernaise sauce was tasty but over salted.(and we love salt) The Glasbern salad was one of the best salads we've had. Entree of lobster risotto was delicious with a a whole tail and claws on top with nice chucks of lobster throughout the risotto. My only critique is that the risotto itself was a bit too thick in consistency. But the flavor was very good. It was a huge portion for a lobster dish. Took half home for lunch the next day. Other entrees were filet with a crabcake and sea bass. They too were enjoyed. Dessert of traditional creme brulé and bread pudding were enjoyed. Definitely a special occasion place. Stunning restaurant. Will return again.

Went for an anniversary dinner. Atmosphere was ideal. Meal and drinks were very good. Service was good , but bit uneven. Needed to ask for bread and to get water refills, but polite and otherwise engaged.
