We had made a reservation, but nothing was acknowledged for where we wanted to sit & it was our Anniversary. The food was OK. I expected more freshness of our seafood. And I had to ask for something again because it was cold. Service was very slow & I expected good service because it was a Monday. And it wasn't busy at all. My biggest thing is we should never have to ask for a refill for water! Big Disappointment!!!!

The place was not busy, but it took over an hour to get our food. Also, items were missing from the plates and had to be replaced. Our drinks were not refilled often and were refilled incorrectly. Do not recommend- the size of the portions have significantly decreased & prices have (like everything has increased.

Food was mediocre, service was sparse, there lots of staff there but our waiter was also pulled to the bar to make drinks and stopped coming to our table after our order was placed, and the booth dividers were filthy, covered in dust/dirt, clearly had not been wiped down in months and when we asked to have it wiped as our kids kept wanting to touch it we were given attitude

The food was very good, as always. The server was very attentive without being overbearing. Gladstone’s is our ‘go to’ in LB and did not disappoint!

Most of the food was not great. Our server was excellent with service but fish was bland no flavor.. soup was not great and pasta was very gritty with very little seafood for the amount of price.. very disappointing with the food for Father’s Day.

Our waitress Evie was simply lovely...took care of all our needs with a very nice and cheerful manner...food was great and fairly priced.

Clam chowder was buttery cream and clams without potatoes or much flavoring. Fish and chips weren’t crunchy. Lobster sandwich was subpar. The poke nachos were good. Restrooms had not been serviced or cleaned. Sitting outside was nice but since service took too long the pads on the benches became uncomfortable. The Pier needs power washing and fresh paint.

Go for the view not the service and definitely not the food. Kings Fish House down Pine is much better.

The food and ambiance are great but it took us 1 hour to get our food even though we were at 11:30 when the restaurant opened for lunch. Overall a pleasant experience even though we had to eat fast to keep our next engagement.

Celebrating my Niece’s 50th birthday. Everything was excellent. We sat leisurely on the patio…great setting and a perfect day. Our server was attentive…professional yet friendly. Food was delicious. Thank you for a great experience
