The atmosphere was serene…i love the aesthetics and the low jazz undertone! It was a great dining experience and I’ll definitely be back there again.

Let restaurant know through Open Table platform and host who seated us that this was a 40th anniversary celebration. No special recognition. I thought they might comp a dessert, but nothing. We ordered a $72 T-bone that was tough and chewy. When my wife told waiter and hostess, all she got was a “sorry”.

Every time I come here it's a great experience. It's important to remember to always make reservations so you're sure to get a seat with a minimal wait.

Yes, it was the best steak I have eaten in my life, and the oysters were top-notch (lovely granita and cocktail sauce on the side). The service was very professional as well as friendly. A memorable experience.

The restaurant was completely packed so the noise level was somewhat loud but after eating there I understood why it was packed. Service was excellent. Food was top notch. Like all restaurants today food prices were seemingly high. I was personally surprised that most people were casually dressed for dinner. Valet parking made arriving and leaving easy. Overall I would say that this is one of the finest restaurants in and around the Chicagoland area.

The Rosemont Gibson’s can use a chair update! Three of us at our table were sitting on very wobbly chairs, which we had to switch out. Time for a capital expenditure!! Other than that, everything was fantastic!!

As to be expected this was a worthwhile splurge. The service was impeccable and the food outstanding. We had lobster bisque, filet mignon, the house steak and an Australian ribeye. Sides were creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. All came out perfect. Highly recommend!!

Had a Family dinner; great service. Very good Long Island iced tea and steaks. It’s a bit expensive for me so we don’t frequent the restaurant often, but always enjoy this place for food, drinks and atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

We went for burgers and all 3 were ordered medium. I took my family there bragging about the burgers. They were good but were medium well. So not terrible but not what we would of liked. also one had to be sent back because it was the wrong cheese. It felt like it was an error on the server, there was a big hesitation when he served them to us. he was behind me so I don't really know why there was a delay. A $20 burger should come out perfect as ordered. My husbands chicken was great. Drinks and brussels were good. We were celebrating a special night and Gibson is a place we go for various occasions and also to host parties, So a loyal customer was a little let down.

Incredible Date night. Ez in and Ez out. I had the Australian grass fed ribeye. It was phenomenal. Wait-staff was as professional as they come. All I can is wow.
