Les amateurs de cuisine italienne peuvent se réjouir : la célèbre chef récipiendaire d'un Emmy Giada De Laurentiis a ouvert son tout premier restaurant, le GIADA, situé à l'intérieur de The Cromwell. Ce charmant restaurant à Las Vegas accueille les convives avec des couleurs chaudes, un mobilier confortable et un éclairage naturel grâce à de grandes fenêtres escamotables. Vous pourrez manger dans la salle à manger, dans le lounge ou aux tables côté fenêtres, pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les fontaines du Bellagio et du Caesars Palace. Le menu est composé de mets italiens avec de rafraîchissantes influences californiennes et propose des spaghettis au citron, du poulet cacciatore, des boulettes de poulet marsala aux fines herbes, des focaccia au romarin, du pain plat au citron et des rigatoni sauce bolognaise aux légumes. Le GIADA ajoute une touche plus légère à la cuisine italienne, tout en restant fidèle aux recettes classiques. Des options ont également été pensées pour les familles, ainsi qu'un menu végétalien et sans gluten. Les desserts, comme les biscuits ricotta citron et les sorbets, permettent de terminer votre repas en beauté.

Servers just going through the motions on a Monday night. No enthusiasm for the food or for the experience. Chicken Picatta was inedible. Burnt. Tieramasu was industrial in quality. Would never recommend

Our server was David, he was amazing. The food was delicious!!! All the recommendations David made were great!

Had a great experience previously, but this time food was very disappointing and poor value for money. Prawns and oysters on the seafood tower were good, but lobster and crab had very little flavor and lobster was rubbery. Lemon spaghetti had undetectable lemon flavor, and was dry on top, with a very “gluggy “ sauce. A very disappointing meal.

Went for a romantic date night. The location and ambience were excellent and the service was good. We ordered cocktails and oysters that were also excellent. We went with the lobster raviolis and the Lemon spaghetti(their specialty) . The pasta for both dishes was chewy and under cooked, and could have had a better pasta at Olive Garden (which is not good quality pasta at all). It was a very disappointing dinner and not worth the $300!

I have eaten over the years multiple times here but the food has gone downhill. Our waiter Fred was top notch greeting us and saying happy birthday to my son for his 21st. The oysters on the half shell was lacking,the sauces bland. My son’s filet was just terrible. Medium rare was served raw and the outside tasted like burnt charcoal. It was extremely long in between courses. Would not recommend as the price does not match the quality of food.

What a great dining experience we had at Gianna’s the other night! We were greeted promptly and taken to our booth. We had a great view of the Strip which just added to the ambiance. Our waiter was very friendly and made some great recommendations to enhance our dining experience. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious! We had a wonderful dining experience and highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Las Vegas.

First time eating there everything was off the charts !!! Especially the pork chop and the Cacio Pepe and the crazy fun crème brûlée will definitely go back there when we are in Vegas. Thanks Giada

Food as always was phenomenal. Went for the tasting menu 4 courses for $110 you just can’t go wrong !!
