Les amateurs de cuisine italienne peuvent se réjouir : la célèbre chef récipiendaire d'un Emmy Giada De Laurentiis a ouvert son tout premier restaurant, le GIADA, situé à l'intérieur de The Cromwell. Ce charmant restaurant à Las Vegas accueille les convives avec des couleurs chaudes, un mobilier confortable et un éclairage naturel grâce à de grandes fenêtres escamotables. Vous pourrez manger dans la salle à manger, dans le lounge ou aux tables côté fenêtres, pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les fontaines du Bellagio et du Caesars Palace. Le menu est composé de mets italiens avec de rafraîchissantes influences californiennes et propose des spaghettis au citron, du poulet cacciatore, des boulettes de poulet marsala aux fines herbes, des focaccia au romarin, du pain plat au citron et des rigatoni sauce bolognaise aux légumes. Service was outstanding, food was delicious! Only drawer was it was noisy. Almost every table full so lots of conversations going on at once.

Delicious food, Great space, solid service. Usually not a fan of Italian food, but Giada did a great job serving fresh and tasty pasta and risotto.

The food was absolutely delicious! We shared (3 of us) the meatballs and the bread plate. We then shared the lobster ravioli. Two had the pappardelle and one had the saltimbocca. We each had dessert. Strawberry soufflé, cookies and cheesecake. Everything was so delicious! The service was great! Everyone worked well together. Very nice and professional! I can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend it!

We went here for my husband’s birthday dinner as he loves Giada. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The food was okay. Do I think it was worth the price? Eh. Probably not. But where my biggest issue was, was the service. After we were seated, our waiter took our drink order, which was a bottled beer and water, then took our food order. After this, we never saw him again until our dessert order. A woman who hated her job and was visibly frustrated refilled our waters promptly but wouldn’t say 2 words to us. We kept saying thank you and waiting for something, an explanation of where our server was maybe? Our food was delivered by yet another person. No one ever checked in to see how it was, to see if we needed another beer, nothing. We finished our meal without any wait staff checking in. There was something happening in the back of the house, and my husband and I are pretty patient people. If someone would have just said, hey we’re short staffed, or this or that it would have been fine. But to be ignored for 45 minutes? Unimpressed, I expect a form of acknowledgment. We finished our meal and the same hostile female employee shoved dessert menus at us. Dead silence, just having a menu shoved in your face. She didn’t ask if we wanted a dessert, ask how the meal was. It was very apparent she wasn’t a server, maybe a busser? Our initial server finally showed back up, we honestly thought he left. Took our dessert order, pretending like nothing has happened and then again we never saw him again and ended up leaving the restaurant. The gentleman who brought my husband’s dessert did say happy birthday and the dessert was themed as such. The table behind us had a very cheery waitress so I’m not sure what was going on with our table. We have never had such poor service anywhere before. With mediocre food and absolute awful service, I would take your money elsewhere.

Gary was fantastic from one professional to another we appreciate him and the excellent service! The food was delicious but I wouldn’t order the Lobster Ravioli again! Everything else presentation wise and restaurant was beautiful! We will go back!

We have eaten at Giada’s multiple times. Our food is always outstanding, which is why my wife requests to celebrate her birthday and Mothers Day here. Our waitress tonight was Lauren and she was fabulous. We can’t help but notice that now we have to pay $12.99 for the amazing bread service and they no longer provide a free dessert for the Birthday lady. It used to be fun to have Happy Birthday written on the plate with the dessert. Oh well.

Delicious! Food was excellent and service by the waiter was great. Some staff needs to work on hospitality, but didn’t ruin the experience! Can’t wait to go back

Dinner was phenomenal! Service was excellent, professional and in a timely manner. The food is just spectacular!! Thank you to our excellent server Lauren T and the bartender Isaac for going out of his way & making me a Cosa Verde mix drink! Absolutely loved it 🥰
