Les amateurs de cuisine italienne peuvent se réjouir : la célèbre chef récipiendaire d'un Emmy Giada De Laurentiis a ouvert son tout premier restaurant, le GIADA, situé à l'intérieur de The Cromwell. Ce charmant restaurant à Las Vegas accueille les convives avec des couleurs chaudes, un mobilier confortable et un éclairage naturel grâce à de grandes fenêtres escamotables. Vous pourrez manger dans la salle à manger, dans le lounge ou aux tables côté fenêtres, pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les fontaines du Bellagio et du Caesars Palace. We ate breakfast and the food was delicious. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Wonderful ambiance and reasonably priced. Will return every time we’re in Vegas.

Outstanding as usual. The staff are always top notch and ensure a fun experience. The filet rigatoni and risotto were perfection and the chocolate soufflé shouldn’t be missed

Terrible experience after years of coming to Giada's and loving it. For a 4:45 reservation before a show, with a half empty restaurant, they tried to place us in an empty windowless room. When we asked to be in the dining room, which we had reserved, they placed us in the bar. I gave up at that point with the thought I will never come back. Then the food came, and it was terrible. In particular the famous lemon spaghetti, which I have had many times, was dry, cold and a big glub. Completely inedible. There are so many great Italian restaurants in Vegas so seek one of them out. Giada's has gone completely downhill with a very limited menu from when it first opened.

Dinner was an absolute delight! We began with the bacon-wrapped dates, which were simply irresistible and we’ll definitely be ordering them again. The butternut squash soup was a delightful accompaniment to our meal. To complement our soup, we also savored the arugula salad. Each person had a unique entrée, allowing us to indulge in the lobster ravioli, the succulent salmon, and the zesty lemon spaghetti. Everyone was thoroughly satisfied with their culinary choices. I opted for an old-fashioned, which was perfectly crafted and complemented my meal. For dessert, we shared the decadent Nutella cheesecake, followed by the refreshing apricot berry sorbet and the tangy raspberry lemonade sorbet. The apricot sorbet stood out as particularly exceptional in its execution. Overall, it was a fantastic night, and we had no complaints whatsoever.

Absolutely excellent meal. Our second time visiting Giada. My wife ordered the prix fixe menu, while I enjoyed some other dishes. First of all, you have to order the foccacia. It’s unlike any other focaccia I’ve ever enjoyed. It’s airy and not super dense. Served with EVOO and Balsamic. It’s absolutely heavenly and one of the main reasons we came back again. Our first course my wife enjoyed the arugula salad, and I had the autumn squash soup. The soup sounds a little odd when you learn there is a marshmallow foam that it is served on, but it is a wonderful pairing. Second course, we both had the signature lemon spaghetti. As a fan of lemon forward dishes, this hit all the right notes. This is the other dish that brought us back to the restaurant to enjoy again. For the entree my wife had the short rib served over polenta. It was hearty and ate like an upscale version of grandma’s pot roast. I had the veal saltimbocca and it was divine. I ordered the mushroom risotto as a side which paired perfectly. We finished off dinner sharing some gelato that was also magnificent. My only knock on the night was their lack of selection of good rye bourbon and not using the right ice for a bourbon cocktail which led to a watered down old fashioned. As a nice touch that goes with the prix fixe menu, they give you a small gift bag with the night’s menu, a recipe card from Giada (the lemon spaghetti!) and a photo of Giada. The decor of the restaurant is also very beautiful. It’s adorned with movie posters and photos from the de Laurentis’ family. It’s a great vibe. The meal was not cheap, more than some people’s car payment, but worth it for us. If you’re looking for a great place to indulge yourself, Giada hits the right spots.

The food and atmosphere was very good. This was our 4th visit over the past 8+ years. We elected to pay the up-charge to insure a view of the strip. Not sure if I’d recommend that - we had a great view of a very busy intersection with the Bellagio fountains in the background. Our server did not live up to expectations - it didn’t seem that he wanted to be there….never a smile during the entire evening….not a very friendly guy. Plates were removed before anyone had completely finished. We visited on an early Wednesday evening in January….not like it was a busy night and they needed to clear space…?

The food was really good! But we felt very rushed to enjoy. Our server kept coming by asking us to order and the bill was laid down as soon as the last bite hit my mouth.
