Les amateurs de cuisine italienne peuvent se réjouir : la célèbre chef récipiendaire d'un Emmy Giada De Laurentiis a ouvert son tout premier restaurant, le GIADA, situé à l'intérieur de The Cromwell. Ce charmant restaurant à Las Vegas accueille les convives avec des couleurs chaudes, un mobilier confortable et un éclairage naturel grâce à de grandes fenêtres escamotables. Vous pourrez manger dans la salle à manger, dans le lounge ou aux tables côté fenêtres, pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les fontaines du Bellagio et du Caesars Palace. I had an awesome experience at Giada’s restaurant at The Cromwell. I am celiac and they have so many wonderful gluten free options to choose from. The server was very nice and answered all of my questions. We started with the bacon wrapped dates, which were incredible. I had the signature lemon pasta dish with gluten free pasta. Definitely the best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had. And we ended the meal by sharing the Nutella cheesecake. I don’t even have the words to describe how delicious that was. I can’t recommend Gaida’s restaurant highly enough. Will certainly be going back.

Great experience. The server, David was great. Very helpful. Gave great recommendations on the food. We were there for our 28th anniversary. Will definitely return.

Had been a while since I have been to Giada’s but tonight was the best ever! Service and food were top notch! My waiter David was friendly and attentive without hovering, and the short rib…best ever! If you order a short rib here and even pick up the knife you should be slapped and banned from ever coming back! Incredibly tender and delicious! I will be back very soon for that delicacy!

Everything was delicious! We had the pastry assortment, blueberry pancakes and chicken panini. I was disappointed they didn’t have the short rib cannelloni that day.

The lemon pasta was a highlight of my vegas vacation. Our waiter recommended the perfect wine to accompany the meal. And I was especially pleased to sit at the best table in the restaurant to celebrate my 50th birthday. Highly recommend

I had great expectations about this place as so many had recommended it. Following Giada on social media, TV shows - I'm a huge fan. We went mid November and checked the tasting menu first. Found we liked other things on the menu better and decided to order off the regular menu instead. I had the lobster ravioli with the risotto side. Fabulous!! My husband had the famous lemon spaghetti with shrimp and roasted Brussel sprouts as a side. ( everything is a la carte) He said the lemon flavor over powered the dish. Shrimp- only 2( really prawns in my book) were tough and over cooked. I did taste his and agreed with his assessment on the tough shrimp. Truly surprised they didn't use large shrimp and more of them. The pasta was good, but i didn't have enough of it to taste the lemon. I was too full from my dish. I did have a very tasty cocktail with my meal- Italian interlude. Very fruity, ciroc peach vodka, Tuaca, fresh lemon juice and strawberry preserves. All said, I would still recommend, but I would lower my expectations some. It wasn't the best meal I have ever had. Very tasty though and service was excellent!!

My husband treated me to Giada’s for an early anniversary dinner. We both enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairing. It was an amazing dining experience! A bit pricey but definitely would recommend for a special occasion. It was the highlight of our Vegas trip!
