Les amateurs de cuisine italienne peuvent se réjouir : la célèbre chef récipiendaire d'un Emmy Giada De Laurentiis a ouvert son tout premier restaurant, le GIADA, situé à l'intérieur de The Cromwell. Ce charmant restaurant à Las Vegas accueille les convives avec des couleurs chaudes, un mobilier confortable et un éclairage naturel grâce à de grandes fenêtres escamotables. Vous pourrez manger dans la salle à manger, dans le lounge ou aux tables côté fenêtres, pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les fontaines du Bellagio et du Caesars Palace. Le menu est composé de mets italiens avec de rafraîchissantes influences californiennes et propose des spaghettis au citron, du poulet cacciatore, des boulettes de poulet marsala aux fines herbes, des focaccia au romarin, du pain plat au citron et des rigatoni sauce bolognaise aux légumes. Le GIADA ajoute une touche plus légère à la cuisine italienne, tout en restant fidèle aux recettes classiques. This was a very special experience. I last dined here in 2019 on Christmas Day with my late spouse who died exactly 4 months ago to the day. By sheer coincidence, I was seated at the exact same able as in 2019. The waiter, Fred, could not have been nicer or more attentive. I chose the 10th Anniversary Tasting Menu with wine pairing and it was excellent.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but sadly I was disappointed! We ordered oysters that came to the table with zero brine. They were void of any of the classic salinity and mineral flavor in oysters of any variety. It was a big miss. The artichoke was also bland and texture off. Good marks on the romaine salad, but it’s difficult to mess up lettuce. Entrees were scallops that were nicely seared but were very gritty! Lemon spaghetti was fair.. noodles tasted gummy, two shrimp were overcooked and I had to saw with my knife to try to eat them. I did not finish 85% of my meal. Affogato was okay, gelato was gritty. With one glass of wine and two beers we paid nearly $300 for this. Everything in Vegas is overpriced, but this was very disappointing. Service was great though and very attentive. With all the dining options here..this is a skip.

It was a fabulous dinner highly enjoyed our choices of lobster ravioli and lemon spaghetti. I would recommend this restaurant for experience, views, and of course, the delicious food. We were celebrating a birthday and this place made it special.

The branzino was absolutely wonderful. Our server, Gary, was excellent. His advice was spot on.

The frittata was underwhelming. Pretty but not at all tasty. My husband had the pizza and that was much better.
