The authentic Santa Fe cuisine on which Geronimo focuses is rooted in the traditional foods of the Apache and Navajo peoples, with some Spanish and Anglo-Saxon influences.

The bar, one of the largest and certainly the most unique in New Haven, offers over 500 types of tequila in addition to an extensive wine list and myriad top-shelf liquors. In winter, the expansive dining room, framed in slate and walnut complete with a leather wall, is warmed by an adobe fireplace (traditionally called a kiva). In the warmer months, the glass paneled wall, which offers a year-round view of Crown Street, opens up onto the largest patio bar and dining area in the region.

We are primarily reservation only, and we plan on 90 minutes per reservation. If you need more time, let us know when you book your table and we will be happy to accommodate!

After 9 PM, all guests must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian or placing/picking up a takeout order.

Haven’t been here in awhile. The margaritas were great. Service was friendly. The menu has changed . We ordered table side guacamole but was not made at our table just served from the kitchen. Food was average. Quesadilla was very plain with no sides. Enchiladas were just okay also dry. Would be nice to see fajitas added to the menu. Would stay with drinks and apps next time.

Everything about this visit was amazing. Great food, atmosphere and service. Definitely can't wait to go back! BTW, for one who doesn't eat avocado that much, the guac was insanely delicious. Service was top notch.

Morgan was a good server. When our fried ice cream didn’t come out as good as usually, she recommend us the churros. It was our first time having it and it was good.

We enjoyed our meals ( group of 7 gathered ) - Sol, our server, was great -- Accommodating and responsive. We originally made reservations for outside and it was pretty obvious early on - the humidity was going to be a problem and asked to be inside. That worked out for the best! We hadn't seen each other in a year so we were probably the chattiest/noisiest in the restaurant. Very tasty lunch-- drinks & desserts too ! Thank you !

We had a great time. Originally I had asked for a table outside but it was very humid that day and I had my toddler and elderly mother with us so last minute I requested a table inside. They were able to accommodate us inside last minute which was appreciated. Food was superb. Waitress was very helpful as my mother is not used to the cuisine. Food came out at a great pace. We ordered apps and our mains along with drinks. Would definitely go again for another meal.
