    We were a party of 3, including one vegetarian. We each had the 5 course tasting menu. Every bite of food was delicious. Overall, the experience was quite memorable.

    Fantastic food. Tasting menu is flavorful and inventive. Wine pairing is great. Staff are friendly. An essential dining experience!

    wonderful tasting menu had the 7 course with wine pairing interesting concept… each participant gets a different dish and wine per course so you get 14 tastes to share or trade marvelous presentation and service top notch

    George yet again was incredible. We had a great tasting menu, knowledgeable server and impressive food.

    The food and wine pairings were fantastic. As was the service and sommelier. Our only negative feedback was we had asked to sit on the patio and when we arrived were informed that it was closed due to weather but it was a beautiful summer evening. Very disappointing. In addition, maybe because they weren’t very busy but we felt rushed all night. Our next course would arrive minutes after we were done the last one and regularly while we still had wine left from the previous course, resulting in the need to quickly finish our wine which isn’t ideal. We will definitely return but we have had better experiences in the past.

    Took my sister for her birthday dinner here and we loved it. We both did the 7 course vegetarian tasting. It was awesome in part because we got different dishes each course and shared - so we got to try 14 different dishes. Highly recommend

    George is a winner. Situated in a historic building, with carefully refurbished interiors. The tasting menu is a blind menu, which I always appreciate. The amouse-bouche was slightly bland in a strange way, which made me fear for the rest of the menu, but then all 10 courses were somewhere between excellent and fantastic. The wine-pairing was equally gratifying, and the sommelier clearly knew what he was talking about, in an unpretentious way. I was told George had received a Michelin Star, which it has not, though it is listed as "a Michelin Guide Restaurant" in the ever more confounding rating categories of Michelin. Consider it a one star – I have eaten worse at other one starred restaurants. The service was very friendly and extremely efficient. Almost too efficiently, at times, the plates would disappear within seconds of being emptied, as if the staff had just been lurking on you to finish. Also, probably more than a dozen waiters and waitresses must have turned up at my table sooner or later, which has a tendency to confuse me. It's a bit pompous to say that the service was "too good", so don't take this as a complaint. US$360 for a 10 course meal with a very ample 10 glass wine pairing, leaving me just the right amount of elevated, is a very good value for a world class restaurant.

    One of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time! They did so much for the individual who’s birthday I was celebrating. A really pleasant experience and one that I will never forget. I will definitely recommend!
