George is hands down one of Canada's best restaurants. I have never had a bad bite. Dishes are complex yet focused. More components per dish than you can track but not one is out of place. This trip I pushed the limits with the 10-course Tasting Menu and from octopus to hamachi to calamari to Tuna to duck to squab to bison to cheese and 2 desserts every bite was a delightful Wow.

The best food experience ever! Amazing dishes and food combinations, we selected the 5 course tasting menu, was amazing. Even better was the service level from an outstanding team.

Good as always was fantastic. As one of the others at the table said “the food is always so elegant and original”. Chef is wonderful and his supporting team runs like a well oiled machine. Natalie’s wine and good pairings were spot on. Eli is always in the background making sure everyone has a great evening.

Overall very good experience. We did the 7 course tasting, which took just under 3 hours. Our server was attentive and the dish presentations were clearly described. We did not opt for the wine pairing but enjoyed a couple well made cocktails. Of the 7 courses, 2 were outstanding, 2-3 were good, and 2 were disappointing. While my partner got different dishes from myself each time, we were both very disappointed with the red meat course - particularly my partner's. He had an overcooked, completely unseasoned bison portion, while I had overcooked lamb. The overcooked toughness of the meat was made more pronounced by the fact that they only provide a butter knife to cut it with - which was difficult. This course in particular was a downside to an otherwise excellent meal. I also found my lobster course much too heavy as it was swimming in a cold aioli, but that is more of a personal preference. At the end we were treated to complimentary aperitifs from the server, which were much appreciated! Will recommend.

We celebrated our 12th anniversary there last night, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the warm welcome and being seated promptly to the way our server engaged with us throughout the evening, everything was seamless. Each dish was brought out at just the right time, enhancing the flow of the meal. Having dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants, this one is definitely among the top on our list. Thank you for making our celebration so special.

I was glad I celebrated my birthday at George Restaurant. It was an amazing culinary experience. The service was phenomenal and the food was excellent. We chose the 7 course tasting and it gave us exhilarating excitement to get a new dish after another. We enjoyed every bit of each meal. And it was fun to see how they work in the kitchen and prepare the food.

I celebrated my birthday here with the 7-course tasting menu, and it was an incredible experience! Every dish was unique, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations. Each person at the table received a different dish, which made the meal even more special. The presentation of every course was stunning, and the flavors were just as impressive. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
