    Expensive but well worth it, the chefs tasting menu was exceptional along with the wine pairing. Would definitely recommend.

    Overly fussy dishes. Servers who insisted on telling you what you've just ordered in case you may have forgotten. Seems that's a must in up-market restaurants. It was the same at Susur. We agreed we would not go back.

    Kitchen was very slow and food was undercooked. Server seemed indifferent to us even being there. Had to ask several times for them to take our order.

    Our first day in Toronto, we made an impromptu reservation at George, so glad we did. Food and atmosphere is excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Definitely a memorable evening!

    Truly, and I say this with the most sincere gratitude, one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. Delicious tasting menu, extraordinary service, and beautiful restaurant. From start to finish, our experience was amazing. They also had such elegant amenities and touches that added to the overall experience. George is now in my rotation of restaurants to dine at for sure. Thank you also to Enzo, who made the evening an even better one!

    We went there for summerlicious menu this time. It was a 3-courses menu. I chose the pork belly as appetizer, Cornish hen for 2nd course and lemon tart as dessert. I was impressed with the service and the quality for this fix price menu. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this Michelin guide restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

    Fabulous food and service - unlike many other restaurants that participate in the Summerlicious/Winterlicious program. The meal began with an 'amuse bouche' and went from strength to strength, taking my food allergies into consideration. There was a small mix-up when for a few minutes, we had food but no cutlery, and as a result we were comped a bottle of Prosecco! We were amazed by such service and very appreciative.

    Going in with almost zero expectations, I would be lying if I said I wasn't absolutely blown away by the tasting menu. My husband had the regular menu, while I opted for the vegetarian one. Finding a vegetarian tasting menu that doesn't rely solely on mushrooms to shine is a rarity. Each dish, both omnivore and vegetarian, was delightful, with bursts of flavor in every bite—fresh and imaginative. The wine pairings were exquisite and unique, perfectly complementing the dishes. The service was impeccable. This was hands down one of the best meals either of us have ever eaten.
