had a lovely experience at gaucho richmond, all of the staff were welcoming and caring from the moment we stepped in. Despite being busy, level of service was great and the value and quality of food was good too. Will definitely be back!

Nice food good service but expensive. Also 13% service charge is too much in my opinion.

The service was great so the food . It was my friend anniversary. They enjoyed the whole experience. The server was great .

One of the best service again. My friend was happy about surprise birthday message on the cookie. Best food it’s was amazing. Great service and drinks was spot on.

We asked to cook steak medium but came up worse than medium rare , however they changed it but the piece we got with lots fat on it, then they gave us extra piece, overall the service is good, but food not worth it, the quality of food not good as we the first time we came here

Lovely restaurant / food & good service. However 2 of our party opted for the “unlimited” Sunday lunch @ £37 which was good value, unfortunately they had to wait approximately 40 minutes to get the extra food they had asked for. As it was a birthday lunch, time was wasted!
