Terribly disappointed re xmas dinner. Hostesses disengaged to start evening then food inedible. French onion soup was a salt disaster, chicken dinner so dry could not eat once sauce was gone. Having enjoyed 20 plus steakhouses over 100 trips, some on the strip, off strip and downtown this was a serious mistake to book. Don’t waste your time. Server Scott and Sergio were great and dealt with the disaster appropriately but this is Vegas and expectations are good food. This establishment did not deliver.

Our servers Scott and Sergio were both great! We went out for Christmas dinner, and they were very informative of the menu and attentive. The ambiance was nice, but we were seated near the kitchen. The food tasted good, and portions were nice sized. My husband and I split the potato puree between us with our steaks, so we'd have room for dessert. The Eggnog Cheesecake was delicious! Our only criticism on the food was that it has a bit more cracked pepper on it than we'd normally use, but that a taste preference. It was very loud in there, and it was difficult to hear each other talking across a small table, but it may have been due again due to the holiday merriment.

I have been to Gallaghers many times. All were excellent dining experiences. This time I had the wedge salad. Very tough bacon. The weygu steak needed a chain saw to cut . Very tough.

Gallagher’s is one of my favorites in Las Vegas. I have eaten at many steak restaurants here and they are the best!

Our waiter was wonderful. But both of our steaks were undercooked based on what we ordered. In their defense, the restaurant covered the bill. I have been here a number of times and love the restaurant and staff. So this was just one bad experience. I will definitely come again

Had high hopes as a friend recommended Gallagher’s to us. Was very disappointed in our meal. Meat was undercooked, salads were drenched with dressing. Only thing we thought was yummy was the bread. Great service from the waiters assistant. He was friendly and kept our water glasses full and dishes were removed from the table promptly. Other than that, wouldn’t recommend and we won’t be returning. Too many other restaurants in Vegas to choose from .
