Fujiyama Steakhouse has been bringing the freshest and most succulent steak and seafood to Indianapolis diners for over thirty-five years.
Located conveniently off of Emerson and I465, minutes away from both downtown Indianapolis and residential areas. Chefs air all of their culinary secrets at Fujiyama Steak House of Japan, where they expertly slice filet mignon, flip pieces of shrimp into the air, and grill mounds of rice at hibachi tables as diners watch. Guests can also marvel as sushi masters stuff the freshest fried shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and crab inside the dynamite roll before deep-frying the entire cylinder to a crispy golden brown. They create this same crunch in other maki specialties by incorporating tempura-battered shrimp and chicken.

The Hibachi Grill was Great, as usual. The service was spot on. The chef was very entertaining and an excellent cook. We enjoyed every minute of it.

It's always a pleasure to dine in. I enjoy the dinning side option, it's faster and less wait time. Saturdays are extremely busy so having the option to use open table now is fantastic.

Fujiyamas is one of our favorite places to go. The food was very good on NYE. Once we got seated our cook and everyone else we encountered was very good. Unfortunately, I took a star off and could have taken another off due to our wait. We had reservations for 7:30pm (I understand NYE is a busy evening), but we were not seated until after 8:40pm. Then our orders were not taken for at least 10-15 minutes after that, our drink orders were not delivered for quite awhile after ordering. Having a reservation to me means you get seated close to that time. This is not the first time we have waited with a reservation. It is the first time we waited over an hour AFTER our reservation started. The management needs to work this out as that aspect is really poor customer service. Either they need to not accept so many reservations or do not accept any more walkins. We waited patiently and enjoyed our dinner. But if our kids were younger I would have been very upset. We were a party of 8 so we comprised a whole table. They know how long it takes to move a group through-plan accordingly!
