Guests can also marvel as sushi masters stuff the freshest fried shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and crab inside the dynamite roll before deep-frying the entire cylinder to a crispy golden brown. Made reservations for 8 plus an infant, things were fine as we were seated. Then: Shrimp appetizer was overcooked and rubbery. Steak was full of gristle and way overcooked! While I was still eating the table set up person brought the stack of 8 plates and napkin wrapped silverware and put it on the grill in front of one of my family who I could no longer see! Just how rude and discourteous could he have been. And this is what we spent $282.00 for? Don’t think I’ll be back!

Our 'cook' was great - food was very tasty and hot. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE! Server was very good - kept our glasses full, etc. I got the filet mignon medium rare and scallops. Food was perfectly prepared. Price was very reasonable for what we got. We will be back again!

The experience was nice. We celebrated my mother’s birthday and she had a great time. I felt like the food wasn’t as good as the 1st time I went, because the grill kept burning. I’m not sure if it was up too high or what, but it gave a different flavor that’s for sure.

My flaming cocktail was delicious. The shrimp tempura and fried rice were high quality and freshly made.

We had a great time. The food to dollar ratio was nothing to scoff at, we all left full. Our chef was very personable and we talked through the whole preparation.

Went with a large party for a birthday. I will precipice this with I have dined in & had to go from Fujiyamas many many times. I have never been treated as poorly or been subjected to sub par food from this establishment until tonight. Everything was going fine until our food was done cooking. Upon eating my rice myself and the others at the table realized that the rice was still crunchy and not cooked through. We let the server know and she says just a moment while she went to talk to the manager. A few minutes later she comes back and apologized and said it would be taken off the bill. I then say I appreciate that but what about our meal? Are you going to remake it? We had all mixed our rice, meat, & veggies together so there was no just setting the rice a side. She said she would have to talk to the manager. The manager, a gentleman, came to the table where he questioned why we wanted to send the food back. Mind you all our plates were full and were clearly untouched. He tried to arugue with me about one of the meals because he didn’t realize it was a hibachi meal and thought it was just side of rice. I kept trying to explain to him that no she just said no vegetables which is why her plate looked different than the others. He did apologize and take the food back and said the food would be remade. I explained to him to just put it to go because we were there with young children and they had already waited a long time for the whole meal and we didn’t want them to have to wait longer for us to eat. He said no problem. We then received our bill. Where there were no discounts or compensations for the poor food. We paid our bill and was then asked by the server to please leave the table and said we could wait in the lobby for our food to be remade. I am so upset that as two tables collectively we spent $400 and we were treated like trash. I’m hoping this reaches the restaurant and they will make it right because this was the worst experience ever.
