We had reservation set for 730p @ the Piano Bar - upstairs. Got there early and decided to hang out in The Whiskey Bar. We loved it. The lights were dim, the fireplace was lit. It was a slight romantic feel but the feeling of ease and relaxation..WITH a glass of whiskey, felt amazing. At about 715p, we were ready for the Piano Bar to sit, eat, drink and listen to some live music. Food came out decently quick. Unfortunately I had to send the pappardelle back - asked for no Parmesan and boy..was it loaded. However, they came back out with the perfect plate. The live music was great - the bartender and waitress also sang! The entire feel of the place is dim lit having you feel relaxed. Def a place to visit if you're ever in town. The history of Fraunces Tavern also, is quite interesting as well! It was the topic of our conversation at the Whiskey Bar.

Made an afternoon of visiting the Museum, having drinks in The Hideaway Bar, and then Dinner in the Tavern. Alice was our server and she was patient with us as we were rconnecting with old friends. The 8 ounce filet served on hot stone was perfection; the Branzino was delicious and the risotto was super cheesy and comforting. Topped off the meal with the red velvet cheesecake - two of us shared and it was the right portion and the taste was amazing. Drinks were great- the amaretto sour with whipped egg white was superb! We love FT!

Outstanding experience in a historic location. Food was outstanding as well! Visited after Statue of Liberty and 9/11 memorial. Every patriotic American should finish their tour of these emotional sites with a meal at the Fraunces Tavern where Washington gave his farewell to his officers after vanquishing the British!

Love this place. Food is great. Decor is great. After a few pints, you want to go out and fight some Red Coats! Staff is super friendly. Will be back next week!

It was a really nice lunch. Great service, nice menu choices, all in the historic setting of Fraunces Tavern.

Historical gem and a very good restaurant in one! Had delxiiousters, clam chowder, chicken pot pie, and a salad. Service was wonderful and friendly. We lucked out and we're there for the free tour of the museum. A must see for history buffs in NYC!

A hidden gem - fun piano bar in Lower Manhattan with all the trimmings- historic vibe, great drinks and one of the best chicken pot pies ever. I would highly recommend the piano bar for date night or a small group of friends. The rest of the place is also cool to explore. The first floor bars are legendary.

Really cool place to grab a drink or have dinner. Good NA selection, as well. Friendly service and really cozy vibes. Food prices and quality are on par with pubs - maybe a bit more expensive. I’d say it’s worth it for the atmosphere.
