Ellen our primary server was professional and polite. Food was very good as usual for higher end experience. Fish - sea bass was quite good but - it didn’t need the cream sauce - mistake. Restaurant is consistent serving high quality food, drinks and service.

Delicious food. Steak has a wonderful crust. Later night reservation place wasn’t that busy, had to refill my wife’s and I’s own wine glasses all night, server not very attentive which was unfortunate. Ordered two espresso after, one was good, one tasted like water which had to be remade. Asked for a side of warm milk with the espresso and was brought two large cups of milk foam added to the bill as cappuccinos so had to waste time and energy getting that remediated. Also, if you are seated at a table that is half booth half chair, the chair seats are lower than the booth and too low for the table so you will find yourself a head below whoever is across from you and have to reach your elbows higher to engage with items on the table which can be uncomfortable. These small things which should not be an issue in a fine dining establishment resulted in the overall 3-Star review.

This was a small surprise birthday for my wife and the experience was perfect, she used the adjectives "lovely" and "perfect" several times. So thank you very much for making this exactly what we wanted and I could not recommend this dining destination any higher, service was an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale. Outstanding!

The food was delicious however the prices were overboard. If the prices were a little less you would get the same clientele but more clientele. The portions were great size. Change nothing BUT the prices. The staff was great especially our waiters Hunter and Michael.

10oz. Filet was good. Ribeye ordered medium rare was heavily leaning rare. Crab appetizer was very disappointing. Lacked flavor, basically crab and melted cheese with cheap store bought crackers provided. Tomato, mozzarella and balsamic salad also disappointing and mediocre at best. Over priced for the overall quality of food. Waiter made several mistakes on our order requiring us to send back several items. Not impressed for cost.

John was an amazing server. He waited on us last year for our Anniversary. We were able to request him again. Thanks John. Frankie Rowlands is blessed to have an amazing server like yourself. The bartenders were great as well.
