The greatest quality pasta dishes, we had the paccheri with vodka sauce and Scampi ala Francesca with linguine, buttered rigatoni for the kids. The chicken franchese was so amazing I couldn't resist! Our server was very tentative and polite. Everything spot on, I highly recommend Francescas for special occasions or date nights.

I took my husband and my in laws for Father’s Day to Francesca’s on 95th. Our servers, Jenna and Ryan were exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The fried calamari and bruschetta were so good! All of our entrees were delicious and dessert too!

Staff was pleasant and on top of everything from the moment we arrived. I have a wheat allergy, so I am GF. I had so many options and my dish was soo good! Pasta was cooked perfect 🙂 There were 6 of us and we all enjoyed our dishes they were fresh and arrived in a timely manner. And the Pistachio Gelato 😍

The team worked well together. They had a banquet at the same time as our 1130 reservation. The bartender Oscar was our server and did a great job explaining the specials and menu recommendations. The support staff was attentive and not obtrusive. Drinks were always full, the table was clean, and we never felt pressured and it was the perfect balance of attention. In the hospitality industry guests rarely take the time to give praise and only point out missteps in service. So a shout out to the team that day, I noticed the front desk staff walked guests to the restroom and showed them with an open upward hand rather than pointing. The floor manager jumped behind the bar to assist Oscar when that large party arrived so he could push out the drinks for all the guests arriving all at once. I noticed the team practiced full hands in with clearing plates and glasses and full hands out helping running food. Good culture and teamwork going on, very good to see, kudos to the entire team! We had an excellent lunch and shared an appetizer and pasta. Portions are large. The calamari was excellent, tender with a light batter. The cheese ravioli was perfect, the red sauce is delicious. I wish they had a lunch deal and we would go more often. It is pricey for lunch.

Staff was awesome! Food was ok!! Wasn’t bad at all! They took care of a party of 8 swiftly. Staff was awesome!! Can’t say that enough! Food was good not great! I’ve been here multiple times, just one of those nights.
