Francesca's North a intégré The Francesca's Restaurant Group en mai 1995. Le menu propose une cuisine typique de Rome, avec ses tons citronnés et terreux, et des régions avoisinantes ; la Toscane, l’Ombrie et le Latium. Situé à Northbrook, il illustre l'art de la gastronomie moderne avec son ambiance contemporaine et sophistiquée de trattoria, sa cuisine simple et délicieuse, son service amical et ses prix raisonnables. Le groupe Francesca’ s Restaurant a été fondé en 1992 par le restaurateur Scott Harris. Tout a commencé dans un petit restaurant italien situé à North Clark Street à Chicago, puis le savoir-faire s’est développé sur trois concepts de restaurant situés sur 33 locations à travers quatre états. Basé à Chicago, le groupe Francesca’s Restaurant possède et exploite actuellement 23 restaurants Francesca's, cinq restaurants Davanti Enoteca et cinq restaurants Glazed and Infused.

On Valentine's Day, a packed house did not cramp Francesca's style. Service was attentive, food arrived hot and in a timely manner. And our meals were delicious!

All great but the waiter seemed inattentive and difficult to get his attention. Never was offered bread or grated cheese with our dinner. Never offered a chance to order a second drink. Other tables turned over twice while we had dinner.

We enjoyed a booth so we could talk, but it was very quiet. We enjoyed some wine and split a Caesar salad that was good but would have been better with less dressing. My friend really enjoyed her whitefish that was served with many vegetable. I ordered the baked cod with mushrooms and spinach. Our server was attentive but not intrusive.

The food was fantastic and worth the price. The service was slow but they were also very busy, so it was understandable. Will definitely return.

Came for early ( 5 PM) seating. Pushed from the get- go to turn the table. Plates aggressively cleared before all parties had finished. Must be a management policy, because waiter was pleasant and capable. Probably won’t return.

Quick, but not rushed service. Cod was perfect and vegetarian dish plentiful and delicious. Will return in the near future.

This is an amazing restaurant with great service, delicious food and a lively atmosphere. Come for the unique starters (warm lentil salad or Francesca salad) and stay for the authentic tiramisu! Ask for Kim’s section- you won’t be disappointed.
