Situé dans le centre-ville animé de Saratoga, le Forno Bistro est un bistro à la gestion familiale proposant une cuisine traditionnelle de style toscan. Les chefs cuisiniers du restaurant utilisent uniquement des produits frais de saison pour préparer des plats à la présentation et aux arômes incomparables. Huge portions home style Italian food. Service is attentive, our waiter Nelson was lovely . Recommend but make a reservation as it gets busy

We were there on a busy Saturday night so hard to find a quiet spot . They tried to accommodate that . Excellent Caesar salad species you like anchovies, We shared Melenzane and pink sauce penne . All very tasty . Very large portions . Wait staff really nice .

Our waiter took our order for appetizers and pasta entrees. The appetizers came out promptly. NOT so with our entrees. We sat waiting while 4 tables that arrived at least 10-20 minutes after us were served their appetizers and entrees. After a few inquires to our waiter who kept telling us they would be out soon. They were NOT! Our waiter did absolutely nothing to get our food out. IMO that is a waiter’s primary responsibility to make sure his clients are served in a timely manner. He did NOT! After enough of a disappointing and frustrating wait we cancelled our entrees (still not sure if they would have ever been served) paid the check and left. All in all a terribly disappointing experience.

Really had high hopes as we like Chianti and Boca Bistro which DZ owns as well. Started out bad as the hostess couldn’t figure out where to seat us. We were put at a table in the middle of the room. We asked to move next to the wall. I mean our chairs were literally on top of the tables front and back of us. The hostess said tables were reserved or needed to be cleaned and we sat for over 2.5 hours and no one sat there. The waiter so busy the guy got in the weeds and we think he forgot to put our order in. Everyone that came in after us ate and left and we were still waiting for dinner. I always order Linguine with clams the first time I go to an Italian restaurant. This dish was so salty, I couldn’t eat it. My wife had pappardelle and Ossobuco. That dish wasn’t bad. My sister in law got the special which was seafood in a white sauce. There was no sauce. Super dry. She asked for more sauce and had to wait 15 minutes. The sauce was so salty she couldn’t eat it and left the $46 dish. We spent $387 for 3 people. We will not be back. Can’t see how this place is still in business

We were seated on the side patio, very lovely. As usual, the service was outstanding and the food was well-prepared.

Seated inside with tables open outside. Was told nothing open outside. Left 90 min later and outside was about 1/3 full. A little effort and just tell me if there’s a wait. Don’t just say nothing available

Server was very patient with us. She did not rush us to order. All 4 of us had a different meal and all really drlicious!

A pretty restaurant on the main shopping and dining drag through Saratoga Springs. Has its own small parking lot but it fills quickly. Free on-street parking is available nearby, as is a public parking lot. There’s a large, covered, open-air porch in the front of the restaurant for summer dining. It’s very pleasant and just enclosed enough so that you don’t feel like you’re dining on the sidewalk. Food quality is excellent. The menu is not extensive, but there’s a good selection of various dishes. Wait service was competent.
