Le restaurant est spécialisé dans de savoureux plats végétariens simples et à base de produits frais et locaux. Food for Friends s'est aussi octroyé une place dans le Good Food Guide 2016 et a remporté le Brighton and Hove Foodie Awards 2012 Le restaurant est également en mesure d'accueillir les personnes ayant des besoins diététiques particuliers. The waiting staff were absolutely lovely, the ambience in our little cubby hole was fabulous, and there wasn't anything really wrong with the food, it just wasn't up to the same standards as it has been on previous occasions. The starters/small plates were delicious, but our large plates took a long time to come (waiter did apologise), and were a bit disappointing. Also, I had a Margarita cocktail that I couldn't drink as it had a strange aftertaste, so my friend finished it and I ordered a different cocktail (which was lovely but I did have to ask twice for it.) It was my birthday and the lovely waiter did bring me a plate of complimentary chocolate truffles at the end, so that was a lovely touch for which I am grateful.

I liked the variation of dishes to choose from and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the ambiance was bit lacking. Some of the dishes were really good whilst others were a bit disappointing. Overall, for the price there's lots of other restaurants in Brighton I would rather go to.

Great selection for veggies and vegans alike. We had a short space of time to eat as we had tickets for a gig in town and FFF gave us a quick and tasty meal before we scooted off out again. Thank you for reading our request on our booking :-)

It’s back on form, everything was great. I particularly liked the sweetcorn ribs and my Jalfrezi. My wife loved the aubergine parmigiana too.

Excellent dining experience for vegans. Perfect for a special occasion. We had the crispy tofu starter which really set the standard for the night. It was delicious. We shared 3 small plates and a side - all of which were like going on flavour adventures. Really high quality food. Then!!! Lovely Stephanie, our waitress for the night, gently encouraged us to take a look at the dessert menu, and having never seen so many vegan options before we had to dive in! I ate so many things I’d never tried before and absolutely loved it. 10/10.

I absolutely loved my meal here. Our waiter was charming and friendly. I had the pumpkin linguine which was excellent (if a little smaller than I might have hoped for). And the chocolate truffles were absolute perfection - so good I had to just close my eyes and let every bite dissolve in chocolatey heaven in my mouth.

Relaxing atmosphere, peaceful and beautifully presented tasty food. . Our waitress, Samantha, was perfect. I really loved my truffles sooo chocolatey and my husband his vegetarian cheese cake. Hmm we just couldn't get enough of the crispy potatoes. Great for us being a vegan and vegetarian.

We were at a table where my chair was centimetres away from another customer at a different table (albeit 90 degrees to my chair) but as they all spoke very loudly it felt quite intrusive and made it hard to hear my friend.
