Overcrowded noisy Sat night dinner experience. No atmosphere but just busy waiters zooming around. More like a diner than fine dining. Poor value choose for wines by glass, better to bring your own.

In all the years and Flemmings locations we frequent for special occasions / this was hands down THE WORST / from waiting 20 minutes after our reservation to be seated while we watch 95% of the staff standing in the kitchen to the rude and customer service lacking manager to the worst $107.00 Tomahawk attempt with 0 flavor - to the decanting a 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon and then throwing the bottle away to sending everything back and going to Gott’s for a delicious cheeseburger asking ourselves how does a steakhouse %^}*{* up a steak?!?! Go to anywhere but Flemming’s in Walnut Creek if you want a steak - from waiting 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated in a 95% empty restaurant to waiting over 30 minutes between salad and a poor excuse for an entree - I’d rather have a movie theater hotdog with nacho cheese / at least they are consistently bad but you’ll know what to expect

I took my boyfriend to Fleming's for his birthday, and they went above and beyond with confetti on the table, a signed birthday card, and a gift of chocolate truffles at the end. ### **Food** - **Ribeye & Fleming’s Potatoes**: The ribeye was amazing—tender and flavorful, a perfect 10/10. The Fleming’s potatoes were perfectly seasoned, not too salty, which I appreciated. - **Filet Mignon & Crab-Stuffed Lobster Tail**: I had the summer special with filet mignon and crab-stuffed lobster tail. The filet was delicious, but after tasting the ribeye, it didn’t compare. Sadly, the lobster tail was overcooked and dry. - **Wedge Salad**: We started with wedge salads, which were fresh and delicious. - **Dessert**: We finished with a molten lava cake and premium vanilla ice cream, scraping the plate clean! ### **Service** Our server, John (or Sean), was friendly and attentive. The staff kept our table spotless and anticipated all our needs, making the service exceptional. ### **Ambiance** The restaurant’s ambiance was perfect for a special occasion. We were late for our reservation, but adjusting through OpenTable was simple, and our table was ready on time. ### **Downsides** The only disappointment was the crab-stuffed lobster tail, which was dry. While the filet was great, I definitely preferred the ribeye.

Like always at Fleming’s , the service was exceptional. The entire meal was delicious. The filet mignon was very tender and cooked to perfection. The crème brûlée was amazing.

We’ve been coming to Fleming’s since it first opened to celebrate many occasions. I’m afraid the food quality has really gone downhill. Tonight our Caesar salads were wilted and unappetizing and the lobsters were way overcooked to the point we couldn’t chew them. My steak was overcooked and tough for a filet that I use to not need a knife because it was so tender. We were disappointed to say the least and will take a break as a returning customer. I’m sorry to say the price is not worth it for us.
