Made reservation on Open Table which was easy. Flemings called me the day of the reservation to confirm. Got to the restaurant 10 mins late. Everyone was waiting for us, very polite and accommodating. We had Birthday Celebrations (2) (which we noted on the Open Table reservation). At least 10 staff members wished us happy birthday as we were shown to our table. Overall the food was delicious but everything had a little to much black pepper (to spicy).

If you want a delicious steak prepared to perfection, then Fleming's is the place to go. I love that they are consistent in their food preparation, and I can always count on my steak being prepared "just right". And the loaded baked potato is a nice side to accompany the steak, and I would personally recommend starting with the Caesar salad!

Had an amazing dinner for a couple of our national champions! They offered attention to detail, food was great, they had a soccer ball signed and a sign congratulating our girls for their B2B accomplishment! Yesterday was our 44th wedding anniversary. Flemings offered a card and truffles. Right before our dinners arrived, the power blinked and then went out. They did not miss a beat! No one panicked. Service was spot on. Our assistant server (bus boy? what do you call that job???) came to the table with two candles, lit them, and TaDa we had a candlelight dinner! Those folks know how to cook a steak.............and also a lava cake! Ha! I told the manager that I was quite impressed. So many places would have gone into chaos. They took lemons and made lemonade! Our server Azure was amazing - she was attentive without hovering. It was apparent that she had honed her skills for a good while. Highly recommend.
