    Preferred parking is in the flat lot to the left of our building, located in front of the Cruise Terminal at 196 Concord Street, and parking is $5 for guests dining at Fleet Landing (credit card only). The lot is accessible via the sidewalk and our boardwalk. Parking is also available in the city garage across the street and several parking meters on the street. The rate is $2/hr, but parking in either the garage or at a meter is free with a handicapped placard.

    The Downtown Area Shuttle Waterfront loop runs from Waterfront Park (half a block away from the restaurant) to the Aquarium and the visitor's center every 40 minutes from 9:20-6:00.

    Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on. The crab cakes were delicious!

    Hostess very welcoming, Jose our server attentive, really good food but shrimp and grits had inconsistent plating one dish had over cooked shrimp and no garnish, noisy

    Our reserved table seated us early. Had terrific server, gave us time to change our minds several times as all menu items looked really good. Our Bloody Mary was yummy , blue crab appetizer even better. I had fried flounder sandwich and husband enjoyed Angus burger. We were so full from everything consumed, no room for dessert! The staff work together with lots of smiles. Looking forward to our next journey to this amazing restaurant on the deep water!

    A must visit for sure. Superb food quality and freshness. Visited this spot 2days in a row. Totally awesome and must try. Booking in advance is required for sure.

    Really great food! Our server, Andrew, was wonderful and very hardworking. We started with a dozen assorted oysters which were fantastic. We followed up with salads and iced teas which were refreshing on this very hot and humid day. It is a high energy restaurant and was crowded and pretty loud but it was fun.

    Great selection of menu items. Our waiter was very knowledgable about the food items, made some excellent recommendations. We tried the stuffed hushpuppies, pan-roasted scallops and fried shrimp. Everything was served quickly and was delicious. Attentive and friendly staff--highly recommend this one!

    Exceptional! That's the proper word to describe our experience at the restaurant. The food and service were excellent, which explains why they are so busy. If you happen to be in Charleston, SC, this is a must-stop for lunch or dinner.
